This document summarizes a study conducted to determine the different e-services required by citizens in Pakistan. The study found that the top priorities for e-services included: 1. E-education facilities like online courses and access to university information. 2. Online registration of citizens at district and local levels integrated with personal information. 3. Online payment and deduction of taxes. 4. Access to higher government officials and authorities through complaint systems. 5. E-health facilities like online doctor appointments and medical information. 6. Online police complaint services and access to case information. 7. Online training for government employees on IT and internet services.
