principle that all things are created twice.
There's a mental or first creation, and a
physical or second creation to all things
 Take the construction of a home, for
example.
 Example-: Most Businesses are failures.
 EX-: Trip, Garden, Speech and Clothes
 It's a principle that all things are created
twice, but not all first creations are by
conscious design.
 In our personal lives, if we do not develop
our own self-awareness and become
responsible for first creations, we empower
other people and circumstances outside our
Circle or Influence to shape much of our lives
by default.

Management is efficiency in climbing the
ladder of success; leadership determines
whether the ladder is leaning against the
right wall.
 Effectiveness -- leadership first and
management second.
 Efficient management without effective
leadership is, as one individual phrased it,
"like straightening deck chairs on the
Titanic." No management success can
compensate for failure in leadership.

of creative, constructive, and corrective
responses to those mistakes.

  • 3.  Effectiveness with our self and with other is based upon how individual Character and not on quick fix formula’s or manipulative techniques.  How we can cope up with our day to day challenges and how we can overcome and rise above our present circumstances.  Implementing 7 habit of highly effective people and help to create happier and more rewarding home and work life with rich and meaningful relationship.
  • 4.  The essential purpose of the 7 habit of highly effective people is to learn how to lead your life in truly effective and successful way. What it is not  Not quick fix  Program of the month
  • 5.  It is the process of personal and interpersonal growth and development that will require not only your continuing best effort but also your patience u see u must pay the price over an extended period of time to fully reap the benefits of this habits by applying this effort you can expect to increase your capacity to achieve your personal and professional goal and to develop better working relationship with your associates and all of your loved one’s.
  • 6.  For our purposes we will define the habit in three intersection of Knowledge, Skill and Desire. Knowledge-:  What to do?  Why to do? Skill-:  How to do?
