This document discusses the concept of accountability and owning one's work. It encourages taking responsibility for one's actions and outcomes rather than blaming external factors. It suggests thinking of one's job as being owned rather than rented, which could lead to behaviors like taking better care of it and feeling more pride. The document also notes that accountability means being able to justify one's actions and that as the CEO of one's own life, one is responsible for results. It advocates having a positive attitude and focusing on things within one's control rather than external concerns.

Anyone who wants to learn how to harness the power of the mind to get anything in life
Are you getting everything you want out of life?
Most of us can’t honestly answer that we are.
Most of us have dreams that have so far gone unfulfilled, or goals that we haven’t quite yet managed to accomplish
Many of us might feel that we’re somewhat in a rut, or we might have days were our moods just aren’t good.
Maybe your physique isn’t what it should be
Maybe you’re tired all the time.
What Does This Come Down To?
The mistaken reaction is to blame outside factors.
And most of us are guilty of blaming our circumstances, our genetics, or perhaps the training program we chose.
Maybe we blame the personal trainer!
But this isn’t how change happens.
Change happens by taking responsibility for your life and for realizing that everything starts with you.
The most successful and happy people in the world are the ones with an internal focus of control. That means that they understand they have the power to change their fortunes and they actually go about doing so – rather than pointing to other things.
Your Mindset is Where Everything Starts
Your mindset is where everything starts
It’s how you set goals. It’s what gives you the strength to go after them.
It’s what makes you confident and daring. It’s what makes you creative and focused.
Your mindset is what helps you to appreciate what you already have.
To see the positive instead of the negative.
Your mind is an incredibly powerful machine and once you can tap into that power, then the sky is the limit.
But where do you begin?
That’s why I created a course on this exact subject.
Let me introduce to you…
ORDER NOW.

You can achieve big things... if you think big. Change your self-talk. Make your goals big, but not unrealistic. Take daily action and make small steps outside your comfort zone. These are proven steps for thinking bigger so you can achieve more and create your dream reality.
Managing Difficult and Sticky Situations At WorkDrOnyekaUgoSam
We are all faced with challenges constantly in every area of our lives. Most people have a hard time accepting and dealing with these challenges that arise. The truth is that you will have to deal with difficult problems throughout your life, whether it is in your personal life or career.
Notes from the Global Leadership Summit of 2015, hosted by Willow Creek. Dr. Brene Brown, Jim Collins, Ed Catmull, Horst Schulze, Bill Hybels, and many more share their insight and research on leadership, management, and people.
Empowerment is “the process of increasing the capacity of individuals or groups to make choices and to transform those choices into desired actions and outcomes”.
3. How many times we have said that “It is not
my Job”
Have you blamed the government
Have you criticized the civic societies
Have you felt that economy is bad; so it has
affected you – e.g. high costs etc
Do you take complete ownership of all that
happens to you…. Or you BLAME
4. What can I do to solve the problem?
How can I contribute?
What can I do to develop myself?
How can I adapt to the changing world?
6. Accountability means that individuals are
responsible for their actions and maybe
asked to justify them
Responsibility means being answerable for
ones own actions
You are the CEO of your life,
work
And you are RESPONSIBLE...
8. It is easy to dodge our responsibilities, but
we cannot dodge the consequences of
dodging our responsibilities.
Sir Josiah Stamp
9. OBJECTIVE –
To understand the concept of Accountability by
discussing the concept of “owning our jobs.”
To point out the difference one’s mindset between
renting and owning.
10. Brainstorm on the difference in how you think and
feel when you own a car (or house) and when you
lease/rent a car (or house).
Capture the differences between renting and owning.
Look for things like: take better care when own,
think long term, pride, feel like it is part of you,
identify with it more, etc.
Apply this to work. Brainstorm on the difference
between “renting their job” and “owning their job.”
Identify what behaviors you would see from someone
with the mindset of “owning their job.”
11. What was the purpose of doing this activity?
Does it make sense to talk about “owning our jobs”?
What can we do to help each other have more of an
ownership mindset when it comes to our work?
How do I personally feel about my job? Do I “own it”
or am I just “renting it?”
What more can I do to become an owner of my job?
12. Take 100 % responsibility
for your life and your
results
Means – Give up all Blaming, complaining,
excuse making and saying that if the world
would be different – I would have been better
off!!
13. Event + Response = Outcomes
Display Positive Attitude to
engage people and anticipate
their individual needs.
Remember – Life in only 10% of
what happens & 90% on How
You React
17. Must clearly know your desired objectives and
outcomes.
Ask yourself,
“ What are you accountable for achieving?”
18. Environment of blame and finger pointing
Plans and activities are not effectively
coordinated due to silos and territorialism.
Blame and finger pointing initiate when the
problem(s) surface from the parties involved.
19.
20.
21. People are afraid of the
future, of the unknown. If a
man faces up to it, and takes
the dare of the future, he
can have some control over
his destiny. That’s an
exciting idea to me, better
than waiting with everybody
else to see what’s going to
happen.
---John Glenn
22. Be Excellent – Better than anyone else!!
Do not procrastinate
There is no shortcut – Sincerity & Hard work
World – Class Language
The myth of personal transformation
You create your own reality
23. It only takes a minute to run towards a fear
It only takes a minute to set a big goal
It only takes a minute to drink a glass of water
It only takes a minute to raise your standards to
world- class
It only takes a minute to go the extra mile at
work and WOW a customer
It only takes a minute to reflect on what you can
do today to be better than you were yesterday
It only takes a minute to make a new choice
that will lead to your best life.
