In this journey of last 11 months, I have realized
that I am also an individual who has/can...
an ability to think from a whole systems
perspective
can connect dots and view problem from different
perspectives
has high resilience and idea orientation

Key Insights from Self Leadership?
• I have to work towards minimizing the fourth
  quadrant in Johari Window. 
• An individual has two self's – an inner self and an
  outer self.
   o I would spend some time every day with my inner self to
     reflect upon my learning's and doings
• For connecting with inner self, it is also important
  have a healthy being
   o I would spend sometime every day practicing Yoga and
     Meditation
• How teams work?
   – Proper delegation of work
   – Clear communication
   – Contingency Planning
• What enables high performance?
   – Individual commitment
   – Motivation; Appreciative Inquiry
• What comes in the way?
   – Free riders
   – Lack of commitment by individual members
• Corrective actions?
   – Situational leadership
   – Standardization of processes
