This document contains a student's reflection on their previous work and action plan to improve for their future Final Major Project (FMP). The student performed well in experiments and production previously but wants to improve their proposal and production research by including more details and references. Their action plan includes conducting more in-depth audience and product research, improving problem solving and experimentation, and providing more details in pre-production planning, production reflection, and strengths/weaknesses evaluation.

• What areas did you do well on?
• One of the areas I performed well on was my

• A section I think I did well on was also my
Production as I really liked the overall product as it
was something that I enjoyed and excelled in.
• Something I think went well in terms of the different
areas is Audience Research I was able to get
enough evidence to back up and analyse to make a
point to relate to my audience, which overall helped
with the production stage.
• What areas would you like to develop in the FMP?
• One of the areas that I feel I need to improve on is my
production research as I got a pass in this area and I
would like to aim higher for my FMP to make sure I get
the best grade possible.
• Another area I would like to develop and achieve a
higher grade on in the Proposal, this was another area
in my previous work that gave me a lower grade so I
want to get detail in this section to make sure I develop
and get the grade I want to achieve.

To make sure my daily
reflection includes a lot of detail
and reflect on what I have done
at the end of each day to show
any improvements I have made
or changes throughout the
project.
My main aim is remembering to
screenshot throughout and
include it in the reflection.
I need to make sure I include
details of specific details related
to print, art and photography
and referencing key books and
therorists. Use google books for

When conducting the research products
I want to make sure I have enough
evidence and information to back up
and show throughout my product. I want
to look into different magazines, books
and on the internet to find out as much
information about my products and
theme so that I can get a good
understanding on how I want my
products to look and the overall theme.
For my audience research, I will
make a survey for my audience to
have their say in different ways to
improve my project and how they will
enjoy it the most. I will also use this
information and analyse and explain
how it will help me in my work and
how I will use what they have
answered throughout my project. I
will also research how different
pieces of work are shown in different
exhibits so I can lay my project out
the right way and make it look good.
The main focus of this section is to set
out how I am going to take photos and
how I am going to edit the photos and
come up with any potential problems that
could be caused in this environment, or
setting and think about how these issues
can be solved or not happen and use this
plan as my overall solution for my
project.
Experiments is a good way to try
out new techniques that I haven’t
tried to see if there is something I
can include in my project. I will use
YouTube to show to look for the
experiments and test out all on
software that is needed.

When planning my work, I want to include
the main theme I am going to include and
details that will fit with this theme. I will
show this by making a mood board with
everything I want to include. I will also test
different fonts and colours by creating a
style sheet and colour schemes, this is a
good way to show everything off all
together.
I am going to include a website page on
my products, as it is something I haven’t
made before and is something I am
interested in making.
I will make sure I go into detail as it will
be the best to show each thing and talk
about it, e.g. a certain font, if this was
not used I will talk about why I didn’t use
it and what I used instead. I will talk
about the colour scheme and why I
chose it, the more detail I use the better
this will turn out.
Something I am going to talk to about is
strengths and weaknesses, this is a key
aspect to this part as I can go into detail
about what I like the most and what I like
the least. I will talk about how everything
went, what I found easy or hard and
different changes I made throughout the
project.
