This document provides an overview of the tools available in Microsoft Paint for students in Grade 1. It lists the objectives as familiarizing students with Paint and its drawing tools. It then reviews the Paint interface and describes each of the drawing tools - including selection, erasure, fill, and shape tools - and how they are used to create and edit drawings. It concludes by providing examples of activities for students to practice using the different tools by drawing shapes and identifying tools in the toolbox.

pattern of dots to give
a light fill effect

- use to write text to be added to
a page .
- Use the left mouse button to
drag and open a box where you
intend to add your text

17. Line Tool
- Use to draw a straight line from one
point to another.
- Draw the line by clicking the left mouse
button at the starting point and
dragging the line to the finishing point

18. Curve Line
- Use to draw smooth curved
lines.
- Draw the curve by dragging
the pointer diagonally

19. Rectangle Tool
- Use to draw rectangle lines
- Draw by clicking the left mouse
button at the starting point and
dragging it to the finishing point

20. Polygon Tool
- It creates two dimensional figures
- Draw a line while holding down the
left mouse button
- Move to the next vertex of your
figure
- Press the left button again.

holding down SHIFT while you
drag

- Allows us to draw
