they’re all wearing branded clothing as well as the titles
they’re at the top of the magazine in bold making it stand
out.

– Have a similar layout as the other magazines with pastel
colours to make it look pretty to also show that it’s a girly
magazine about fashion.

• Observation: More female’s did my survey making them like it more.
• What this says about my audience: My audience is 60% females
and 40% males! This shows that females are more interested in fashion
then males.
• How will your product appeal to this audience: My product is
for females so it fits what I’m going for.

• What this says about my audience: My audience is 80% 16-19
year olds and 20% for 20+. This shows that teenagers are more interested
than older and younger people.

• What this says about my audience: My audience for ‘I.J.M’ got 20% , ‘ICON’
got 30% and ‘STYLE’ got 50%! Most people like ‘STYLE’ the best out of the
three.

my audience by using the name they liked the most which was ‘STYLE’ so I
would use that because people prefer it the most.

• What this says about my audience: My audience for ‘Pastels’ got 60% , ‘Neutrals’
got 30% and ‘Prime colours’ got 10%. This shows that more people preferred
pastels over the other 2 which helps when I come to doing my product.

for my product that appeals to my audience the most.

no one hates magazines and most of them are between ‘50 to 70’.

- Strengths: Can see what are good on the magazine for example the big title that shows what
magazine it is, also with the model at the front which is usually someone famous which brings
more people to buy the magazine because of that specific person on it.
- Weaknesses: Doesn’t really have lot of detail on the cover that might not show what the
magazine is about which might confuse people when looking for a magazine to get.
– Questionnaires
- Strengths: Can see what people are interested in by the questions you have provided as
what you are wanting your product to be, which can help with improving your product or
changing it to what other people might be more interested in which can attract more
people.
- Weaknesses: Some people might no like your product for example mine is magazines
and people might not read them so they cant give you an answer for what you're wanting
your product to be.
– Interviews
Strengths: Can see what people think of your product which is similar to the questionnaires
by getting a response on what people think. Which can help improve your product to make it
what your audience likes which will encourage them to buy it.
Weaknesses: Can be difficult to think of questions you might not already thought of.
