Research Evaluation
• Give an overview of how you conducted your research. Discuss the strengths and weaknesses of each method
– Product Research
- Strengths: Can see what are good on the magazine for example the big title that shows what
magazine it is, also with the model at the front which is usually someone famous which brings
more people to buy the magazine because of that specific person on it.
- Weaknesses: Doesn’t really have lot of detail on the cover that might not show what the
magazine is about which might confuse people when looking for a magazine to get.
– Questionnaires
- Strengths: Can see what people are interested in by the questions you have provided as
what you are wanting your product to be, which can help with improving your product or
changing it to what other people might be more interested in which can attract more
people.
- Weaknesses: Some people might no like your product for example mine is magazines
and people might not read them so they cant give you an answer for what you're wanting
your product to be.
– Interviews
Strengths: Can see what people think of your product which is similar to the questionnaires
by getting a response on what people think. Which can help improve your product to make it
what your audience likes which will encourage them to buy it.
Weaknesses: Can be difficult to think of questions you might not already thought of.

and will get good responses from them.
• Disadvantages: Takes a while to get responses when needing them.
