• 3)Staffing:- Staffing function comprises recruitment, selection,
training, development and appraisal of personnel in an organisation.
• 4) Directing:- Directing includes determination of the course of
action, giving instructions and providing good leadership.
• 5) Controlling:- The function of controlling deals with the
measurement and correction of the performance of persons against
