Content Analysis Terms 1. Internal sources, external sources, reinforce, advancement, transfer, status, 
promotion, laid off employees works resumes, bulletins, personal consultants, 
specialized agency, Jobbers, contractors, factory gate, gate hiring, job seekers, 
foreman, employment exchanges.
Facts 1. Recruitment can be classified into 2. Internal Sources and External Sources. 
2. Recruitment from within the organization is called internal sources of recruitment. 
3. Internal recruitment from within very encouraging and motivating employees. 
4. Internal recruitment is economical in terms of time and money. 
5. Transfer is concerned with the shifting an employee from one job to another having 
similar status and responsibility. 
6. Promotion encourages employees at the lower level to work hard. 
7. Recruiting the people outside the organization. 
8. Advertisement is the most effective means to search potential employees. 
9. An advertisement contains brief statement of the nature of jobs. 
10. Specialized agencies in the form of personal consultancy services have developed. 
11. Employment exchanges is an important source of recruitment. 
12. Labour unions are asked to make recommendations for employment.

Major Sources of Recruitment 
Minor 1. Recruitment sources are internal and external 
2. The sources of internal recruitment are transfer, promotion and recalling laid off 
employees.
3. The sources of external recruitment are advertisement personal consultants, 
jobbers or contractors, factory gate, university or colleges, waiting list, employment 
exchanges, recommendations, labour union.

Recruitment is the process of searching for prospective 
employees and stimulating them to apply for job in the organization. 
Then teacher explains the meaning of recruitment.

There are two sources of recruitment namely internal sources 
and external sources listens

Internal sources, external sources, reinforce, advancement, transfer, status, promotion, laid off employees works resumes, bulletins, personal consultants, specialized agency, Jobbers, contractors, factory gate, gate hiring, job seekers, foreman, employment exchanges.
  • 2. Facts 1. Recruitment can be classified into 2. Internal Sources and External Sources. 2. Recruitment from within the organization is called internal sources of recruitment. 3. Internal recruitment from within very encouraging and motivating employees. 4. Internal recruitment is economical in terms of time and money. 5. Transfer is concerned with the shifting an employee from one job to another having similar status and responsibility. 6. Promotion encourages employees at the lower level to work hard. 7. Recruiting the people outside the organization. 8. Advertisement is the most effective means to search potential employees. 9. An advertisement contains brief statement of the nature of jobs. 10.
