3. Research
• My research was very helpful for my product as it helped me find out
about recent series and new episodes that are coming out soon and ones
that have already came out and wrote about upcoming episodes but
didn’t give away any spoilers for the episode.
• One of the strengths of my research is that I watch some of the anime’s
that I wrote about so there wasn’t much needed along with actually
owning a few anime magazines which helped with the design side of the
product.
• The weaknesses of my research is that the inside cover can be quite
difficult to either replicate or think off, along with the content was hard to
replicate after re translating some of the magazines from Japanese.
4. Planning
• The strengths of my planning were my mental image that I had imagined
up along with the inspiration I got from various different magazines that
were similar and had very similar design to the one that I went wit.
• The weakness of my planning was I couldn't make the design too similar to
existing products along with it having too much resemblance to similar
products that already exist.
5. Time Management
• I had good time management when making my magazine . The one part of
production that took the longest was the reformatting, manly because it
was a pain to find the right font for my magazine. The quickest was
removing all the white background from the images used in the inside
cover. Thanks to the magic wand tool.
6. Technical Qualities
Here are two products
mine is on the left and
the official is on the
right as you can see
they have similar
features like the
colours and
7. Aesthetic Qualities
My work looks good, it looks original and
professional. One of my favourite parts
of my magazine is the front cover where
it has the five leaf clover behind the two
characters, the reason why I like this is
because it adds an effect to the
magazine. I would improve this by
moving the emblem where the black
circle is and have the barcode on there.
8. Audience Appeal
I have reached my target audience and
appealed to them, I would say the most
appealing part of my product would be
the front cover mainly because it has two
main characters in front of a five leaf
clover from the same anime series as the
clover in the back ground.
10. Feedback 1

11. Feedback 2

• What improvements could have been made to
the product?

place
12. Feedback 3

– i think a strength of this magazine is well produced.
– i like the choice of colours, it work effectively making
the magazine pop up making contrast
• What improvements could have been made to
the product?
– I think the bull skull could be better placed
– I think 6.99 is too much for a magazine 4.20 is better
13. Peer Feedback Summary
• What do you agree with from your peer
feedback? I agree with the contrast and the
layout of my planning along with the bull
being placed better
• What do you disagree with from your peer
feedback? I disagree with the pricing as it the
standard price for an anime magazine
14. Peer Feedback Summary
I would move the bull symbol to where the black circle is along with changing the font
to make it look more like an anime magazine and use more contrasting colours that
will make it pop out more than it already does .
