here is my formal proposal for my audio project

The voices comedy sketch show
What is it called? This can change if you think of something better later
I will call it this because I will use impressions to tell a scenario using hints of comedy in the sketch

To entertain people using voice impersonations and comedy by voice acting a script

Yes, my product is going to be a comedy sketch with voice impressions of Kermit the frog and
Elmo from sesame street
Audience:
It will be people in their teens as they are most likely to have a dark humour, it will be mainly for
working- and middle-class people
Who is your audience? Be very detailed; age, gender, social status, psychographic etc
Why would your project appeal to this person?
Legal & Ethical Considerations:
Think about any offensive material you will include? It will include some dark humour so it can
offend some people hence why only people who have dark humour will find it funny
Will you restrict younger people using/accessing it? Yes, anyone under the age of 14 shouldn’t
listen to this podcast
Will it offend any social groups/religions/ethnicities? No, it will not as I draw the line at religion,
social groups and ethnicities
How will you ensure you do not offend anyone? By staying away from any dark jokes that go past
the boundaries I set
Are you using characters/names/logos of existing products/IPs? Yes, some of my impressions are
owned by Disney i.e. Kermit the frog, Elmo etc
Will your product be sufficiently different from existing products to not get sued for copyright
infringement? Yes as it will be intended to be dark and aimed at people who like dark humour
