3. POSITIVES/NEGATIVES OF VIBE
Positives:
Interesting Layout, the title is artistic. Incorporation of the logo into the contents page. Easy to find what you
are looking for as the fonts are easy to read and nicely spread out. Striking image.
Negatives:
Colour Scheme is dull compared to the colourful front cover I previously analysed. More photos could have
been added so that the reader can get more of a flavour of what’s in the magazine.
What ideas I would like to incorporate in to my own front cover:
I think making my image black and white will benefit my magazine, as it allows other information to stand out
more. Also, I like how all the basic information (Issue no, Date, Price) is displayed within the barcode, freeing up
more space for other elements.

5. POSITIVES/NEGATIVES OF THE SOURCE
Positives:
‘Department’s are nicely spaced out and easy to read, colour scheme regarding the imaged used throughout
the page
Negatives:
I think the image is far too big in proportion to the ‘Departments’, it makes the page look more like a poster
than a contents page, no information regarding the photo, not much said about what’s inside the magazine
