the US$ 124-130 billion market.
• The Indian IT and ITeS industry is divided into four major segments
– IT services, Business Process Management (BPM), software
products and engineering services, and hardware.
• The IT-BPM sector which is currently valued at US$ 143 billion is
expected to grow at a Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of
8.3 per cent year-on-year to US$ 143 billion for 2015-16.

 SHORT DESCRIPTION
• The principal, will be responsible for delivering all the assigned
projects. This will involve estimating, planning as well as execution
of project plans. They will be expected to manage the relationship
with the client stakeholders and interfacing with the onsite teams
which will actually perform the development and testing activities.

 Role And Responsibilities And Responsibilities:-
• Responsible for project Execution from Inception to closure.
• Delivering the project as described in the Project Initiation
Documentation (PID) and any supporting documents.
• Establishing Stakeholder Engagement, and actively managing
ongoing stakeholder Management.
• Plan resources requirement and agree commitments from
resource manager to provide the required effort to execute
project activities

• Managing multiple product strategies on an ongoing basis and
working closely with the product owners and architects.
• Manage the entire product roadmap from strategic planning
to detailed product requirements to product delivery.
• Develop a business proposition together with sales and
marketing and prepare market entry and growth strategy.
• Establish and Manage third-party engagement through-out
the project lifecycle.
• Achieve the delivery of scope within the release schedule and
work packages.

Skills/Competencies
• Relevant experience of 10+ Years in the IT industry, with
recent experience in energy services sector is preferred.
• 5+ Years of relevant experience in energy services sector is
preferred.
• Relevant experience in the Business Intelligence and Data
Analytics Practice essential.
• Risk & Issue identification and Resolution experience.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and an ability to grow
and develop strong customer relationship.

• Ability to work within a global team.
• Broad knowledge of testing types, tools and processes and
software engineering processes.
• Understanding of project related controls and scope
management.
• Ability to work within a matrix organization,i.e. experience
working with pooled resources including offshore delivery
teams.
• Relevant experience in project planning and reporting.
• Actively managing project team resources to make sure the
project maximizes opportunities and minimizes threats to the
proposed solution and outcomes.

Sector Information- FMCGctor Information – FMCG
• The FMCG sector has grown at an annual average of about 11 per
cent over the last decade. The overall FMCG market is expected to
increase at (CAGR) of 14.7 per cent to touch US$ 110.4 billion
during 2012-2020.
• The rural FMCG market anticipated to increase at a CAGR of 17.7
per cent to reach US$ 100 billion during 2012-2025.
• Food products is the leading segment, accounting for 43 per cent of
the overall market. Personal care (22 per cent) and fabric care (12
per cent) .
• The Government of India's policies and regulatory frameworks such
as relaxation of license rules and approval of 51 per cent foreign
direct investment (FDI) in multi-brand and 100 per cent in single-
brand retail are some of the major growth drivers for the consumer

MARKETING MANAGER AT HUL
 Summary: Responsible for managing marketing, advertising
and promotional staff and activities at a company or
organization. Takes steps to measure, enhance Analyzes and
defines customer need, potential market segments, potential
customers, and the competitive environment to develop a plan
for new product introduction.
 Essential Duties, ResponsibilityResponsibility
• Researches, analyses and monitors financial, technological and
demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities and
minimize effects of competitive activity.
• Develops and recommends product positioning, packaging, and
pricing strategy to produce the highest positive long-term profit
and market share.

• Managing all marketing for the company and activities within
the marketing department.
• Analyzes and defines the market for product growth within the
specific segments.
• Maintains a served-market analysis defining the total market,
company market share, competitor market share and available
market share by product market.
• Contracts or personally performs select market studies or voice
of the customer interviews.
• Provides data to prepare, update and control forecasts covering
projected new-business sales, proposal activity costs, and
investment requirements by program

• Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with
company objectives.
• Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
• Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
• Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
• Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new
product launches.
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all
relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing
objectives.
• Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company
marketing.

Business Development Planningsiness Development Planning
• Participates in business process modelling sessions, providing
data and insights into market need and customer expectations.
• Collaborate with finance and engineering to evaluate project
performance and to recommend refinements and
improvements of all components of proposal.
• Draft the narrative that ties the project components together
and package and assist in presenting the proposal to the
executive team.
• Develops marketing plans that effectively execute the New
Product Development.
• Develops and executes online marketing plans, commerce
strategy and programs, including web site development and
utilization.

and management principles involved in strategic planning,

resources.
