1. Reliance JIO Infocomm - Asst. Vice President - Marketing Jan 2015 to Sep 2015
Reliance JIO Infocomm, the largest Greenfield 4G Telecom project in the world from the prestigious Reliance Industries Limited
(RIL), one of the world’s largest Business Conglomerate. JIO intends to bring the larger than life digital revolution in India by
empowering every consumer to experience the futuristic digital life. It is ready for launch in 28 States PAN India with more than
1072 regional zonal office called as JIO Centers. It has planned to launch a range of products and services which includes
Handsets, Mobile Connectivity, Fiber to Home High Speed Internet and very rich digital content. It is also launching its own
mobile wallet known as Jio Money which will ensure cashless digital transactions for every aspect of life.
As Asst. Vice President – Marketing, part of Corporate Marketing Department, I am heading the Geography Marketing
Operations Department managing all States / Geographies for the organization. I am handling Marketing Communications and
Operations PAN India managing 28 states and 1072 Zonal Offices for ensuring successful launch of JIO and superior Brand
Visibility through various media options like OOH, Trade / Retail Visibility, BTL Activations etc. I am also managing the entire
operations through a specially designed Operations Centre from National Head Quarters.
• Managing a team of more than 100 individuals across 28 states of India.
• Creating strategic visibility plan through OOH solution by developing more than 10000 media sites to be owned by the
organization. These are unpaid media options created through our own channels / assets which will give a visibility of more
than 2 Million Sq. ft. across India. This is over and above the paid media which we will use to create the brand buzz.
• Heading the Trade marketing team, strategizing and executing retail visibility at more than 3Mn outlets across the country.
These will include Signages, Hard and Soft POSM, it’s monitoring, content refresh and audits.
• Heading the Operations Center from the National Head Quarters for all Marketing and Communication activities and
campaigns.

• Responsible for designing and implementing systems to track and monitor deployment of marketing materials at outlets, audit
and maintenance of OOH sites and Retail Signages, tracking the efficiency of BTL campaigns through various systems like
LMS, CRM, BI etc.
• Responsible for handling a marketing budget in excess of 1000 Crores PAN India. The same to be monitored & tracked and
ensuring effective utilization across various marketing activities and elements.
• As senior member of the Management team, involved with different Business verticals in fixing strategic marketing plans
based on business objectives.
• Develop long term, medium term and short term strategies for various communications with special focus on deeper
participation across the value chain and ensuring it reaches and effectively delivers to the last mile.
• Have effectively created unpaid media assets worth rental savings of more than 120 Crores Annualized.
• Executed one of the largest signage drive ever with 4 Lac retail Signages in a span of 45 days across all geographies.
• Handle the end to end marketing plans and execution for our device Business “LYF” the second largest selling brand
currently in the market.
• Successfully executed 2 campaigns across all media options available to create dominant visibility for brand JIO and LYF.
• Developed plans to cover nearly 3 Mn outlets and 20K OOH sites to have a disproportionately high visibility vis. a .vis
competition.
• Have developed robust audit mechanisms and processes to ensure the investments are rightly handled.
• Prepared and developed Launch plans, anticipated to be the biggest launch ever by a brand across the globe.
2. SIVA Group - Company Director Jan 2015 to Sep 2015
Siva Group is a USD 3 billion group, with diversified business interests in verticals such as telecom, wind energy, shipping &
logistics, hospitality & realty, media, EPC, education and agro business.
Worked with this group from 2007 to 2014 and rejoined the group as Director for some of its group companies which includes S
Tel Pvt. Ltd, AIWO Limited, AIWO Health Care and few other subsidiaries of the group. I am responsible for all aspects of the
group companies. Alongside, I have taken additional responsibility to manage the Corporate Affairs of the company.
3. Kochar Tech – Vice President (Marketing) Feb 2014 to Jan 2015
Kochar Infotech LTD is aligned to Global Technology Infrastructure, providing IT Service Delivery & IT Service Management
Operations for leading clients across the world. Kochar Group is a pioneer in delivering the Operators, Enterprise and
Consumer, focused products and services based solutions. They deal in Information Technology, Consulting, and BPO & KPO
Services. They are focusing on Enterprise Mobility and providing Mobile Device Management solutions to leading enterprises in
India and abroad. Gizmohelp a consumer brand of Kochar is the new category creator of service delivery in Indian smart device
markets. They are also specialized in M2M solutions.
As Vice President – Marketing and Head of Enterprise and Consumer Business at Kochar Tech, I was leading one of the fastest
growing segments of the company and I was responsible for defining and implementing strategy, setting vision and overall

S Tel Private Limited (S Tel), a new telecom operator in the Indian marketplace, a joint venture between Siva Group
(Formerly Sterling Infotech Group) and Bahrain Telecommunications Company (Batelco)
Heading the “Marketing Department” in India managing all verticals of telecom marketing (product development, Usage and
Retention, Service Marketing, Customer life cycle management, Long Distance & Roaming) and specializing in Marketing and
Corporate Communications. Responsible for building “S TEL” Brand in India. Managing all transverse specialist functions like
PR, Events, Web, Creative development (Ads, Catalogs & Collaterals) and support activities like commercials and fulfillment of
catalogs & gifts, for all business verticals within the Company within India.
• Managing a team of 20 individuals across 8 states.
• Create strategic PR plan, fix tactical activities to support it, manage implementation, monitor and report performance.

Played a crucial role in the project management for Tata Teleservices Ltd. (TATA Indicom) in building 5000 telecom towers in 3
months, one of the biggest tower infrastructure projects in the country and in the world.
• Acquired the best talent from the industry and team management across the country from all the telecom circles.
• Liasioning with all senior officials in the governmental departments for clearances and approvals.
• I was also part of the Vendor negotiation team of the group and have actively participated in many negotiations and have
shown savings of more than 1 Billion USD to our clients in their commercial agreements.
E) ETH Airtv Ltd.
Project Head Aug 2007 – Apr 2009
The Organization is into Direct to Home (DTH) business.
Directly responsible for business strategy, budgeting, planning & execution of all projects for different divisions.
• I was the key person in creating this company with the estimated project cost of 500 crores and have been through all the
phases in setting up this business.
• Responsible for interacting with all Business verticals to strategise and implement business models.
• Liasioning with the Governmental departments for regulatory and other licensing activities.
5. Bharti Airtel-Mobile Services, Tamil Nadu
Senior Manager-Marketing Jan.2006 –Aug. 2007
I was heading the Revenue Planning & Business Intelligence function within marketing for Bharti Airtel Mobile Services, TN
circle. Prior to this role, I was managing the Usage and Retention (U&R) portfolio within marketing.
• To plan, forecast and strategically achieve the monthly circle revenues (Approx. Gross Revenue over Rs.1800Mn per month
approx) for the mobiles services business.
• Monitoring and tracking all the growth initiatives / projects and product data for mobile services.
• Actively monitor the cost & revenue for the business and highlight variances
• Minimise slippages & escalate major slippages for timely resolution.
• Identifying and creating awareness of alternate sources of revenues and locations to tap and increase revenue potential:
• Provided analytical insights and action points, which contributed to various verticals of Marketing like (U&R, VAS, LD,
Roaming, Acquisitions, Distribution, FWP, PCO etc.).
• I was involved in Launching new products/ variants to enhance customer usage and experience.

Reliance JIO Infocomm - Asst. Vice President - Marketing Jan 2015 to Sep 2015 Reliance JIO Infocomm, the largest Greenfield 4G Telecom project in the world from the prestigious Reliance Industries Limited (RIL), one of the world’s largest Business Conglomerate. JIO intends to bring the larger than life digital revolution in India by empowering every consumer to experience the futuristic digital life. It is ready for launch in 28 States PAN India with more than 1072 regional zonal office called as JIO Centers. It has planned to launch a range of products and services which includes Handsets, Mobile Connectivity, Fiber to Home High Speed Internet and very rich digital content. It is also launching its own mobile wallet known as Jio Money which will ensure cashless digital transactions for every aspect of life. As Asst. Vice President – Marketing, part of Corporate Marketing Department, I am heading the Geography Marketing Operations Department managing all States / Geographies for the organization. I am handling Marketing Communications and Operations PAN India managing 28 states and 1072 Zonal Offices for ensuring successful launch of JIO and superior Brand Visibility through various media options like OOH, Trade / Retail Visibility, BTL Activations etc. I am also managing the entire operations through a specially designed Operations Centre from National Head Quarters. • Managing a team of more than 100 individuals across 28 states of India. • Creating strategic visibility plan through OOH solution by developing more than 10000 media sites to be owned by the organization. These are unpaid media options created through our own channels / assets which will give a visibility of more than 2 Million Sq. ft. across India. This is over and above the paid media which we will use to create the brand buzz. • Heading the Trade marketing team, strategizing and executing retail visibility at more than 3Mn outlets across the country. These will include Signages, Hard and Soft POSM, it’s monitoring, content refresh and audits. • Heading the Operations Center from the National Head Quarters for all Marketing and Communication activities and campaigns. SIVA Group - Company Director Jan 2015 to Sep 2015 Siva Group is a USD 3 billion group, with diversified business interests in verticals such as telecom, wind energy, shipping & logistics, hospitality & realty, media, EPC, education and agro business. Worked with this group from 2007 to 2014 and rejoined the group as Director for some of its group companies which includes S Tel Pvt. Ltd, AIWO Limited, AIWO Health Care and few other subsidiaries of the group. I am responsible for all aspects of the group companies. Alongside, I have taken additional responsibility to manage the Corporate Affairs of the company. 3. Kochar Tech – Vice President (Marketing) Feb 2014 to Jan 2015 Kochar Infotech LTD is aligned to Global Technology Infrastructure, providing IT Service Delivery & IT Service Management Operations for leading clients across the world. Bharti Airtel-Mobile Services, Tamil Nadu Senior Manager-Marketing Jan.2006 –Aug. 2007 I was heading the Revenue Planning & Business Intelligence function within marketing for Bharti Airtel Mobile Services, TN circle. Prior to this role, I was managing the Usage and Retention (U&R) portfolio within marketing. • To plan, forecast and strategically achieve the monthly circle revenues (Approx.
