 Took a 1.8 million dollar route and developed it into a 5.5 million dollar route within 4 years.

 Responsible in assisting Transportation Mangers in routing and scheduling trucks, driver and routes.
 Helped train, develop and onboard new drivers. Specialized in Northern AZ training within the
Mountains and snow.
Alliant Foodservice Delivery Driver

 1st
at Alliant Foodservice to obtain A CDL License within the AZ Driver Pool. This was self taught
while working nights in the foods warehouse at night.
 Delivered within the state of AZ, primarily servicing Northern AZ.
 Recognized as a top driver. Always a high production per hour with no service accidents.
Kraft Foodservice Warehouseman
10/1988 – 10/1990
 Was hired in as a loader. At that time, the lowest grade job in the warehouse.
 Promoted to a dry picker within 6 months.
 Promoted to a Freezer picker within the next six months. This was the highest level of pickers at that
time.
 While working nights as a picker, trained myself to drive tractor trailer. I would spot trucks at night.
Once night shift was over, I would go out on routes throughout the week. Passed the written and
driving CDL test with the State of AZ along with severalendorsements. First driver at Kraft
Foodservice to have a CDL.
