Recruitment:
2. Identifying the sourcing needs to have healthy pipeline for the demands flagged and
fulfilling the Demands as per the stipulated time to meet business timelines.
Managing recruitment process for Lateral levels (2.5 yrs to 11 yrs) level candidates.
Demands of various technical skills ( Niche , hard to hire , super niche and regular )
Rolling out Offers/Conduct HR Interview and Salary negotiation.
Co-coordinating with project and other Stakeholders. Understanding demand and
address the hurdle in closure of demand by effective sourcing and scheduling.
Candidates Management.
Regular meetings and calls with the Business and Hiring Managers on the open position,
to discuss the details about the requirements and obtain complete details to enable
myself to close demand by identifying the best fit.
Collation of data from different data sources and producing various weekly and monthly
reports including data analysis and other HR metrics.
Have worked on hiring multiple Super niche/Niche /Hard to hire/regular skills
example-Jboss, JDE financials ,selenium ,oracle, SOA/BEPL process /Time and labor,
python, splunk, FICO, Vendavo, upstream, SAP-CRM etc
