Roles & Responsibilities:-
Talent Acquisition
• Manpower planning, Mass recruitment across levels through Campus Placement, through recruitment consultant, Job
portals, Social networking sites minimized cost & stipulated time period.
• Experienced in end to end recruitment cycle i.e. Job scoping, resourcing, filtering and short listing suitable
candidates, compensation negotiation and rolling out offer.
Induction & Joining Formalities
• Carried out Induction, Orientation programs and joining formalities for new joiners.
• Responsible for preparing and signing HR & administrative letters & documentation like Offer Letters, Appointment
letters, Employee Confirmations, Appraisals etc.
Performance Management
• Custodian for keeping track for probationary and confirmed employee’s Quarterly, midyear and yearly performance
reviews assessment on timely basis with the departmental heads.
• Responsible for HR visit at retail outlets & HR audit/ review.
• Ensuring for KRA /KPI sheet is maintained for each individual employee on timely basis with the departmental
heads.
• Initiating Quarterly Performance appraisal followed by annual review & rewarding Appraisal Process follow-up and
co-ordination, preparation of increment plan and increment letters on the basis of KRS.
Strategy & Leadership
• Designing annual operating plan for HR department in liaison with HR Manager/ Sr. GM HR
