Talent Acquisition
 Conceptualize & manage the entire hiring process.
 Identifying future manpower requirement and designing plans for acquiring requisite skills & competencies.
 Understanding the requisitions from managers, sourcing profiles, screening, interviewing, scheduling interviews, and salary

Performance Management

 Circulate the Performance Assessment Forms; prepare point rating datasheet for Increment purpose.
 Coordinating with HO for preparing & issuing Increment letters.
 Ensuring the timely distribution of increments letters to employees.
Managing the HR services
 Doing reference Check, background and employment verification.
 Coordinating with the HO for issue of offer letters, appointment letters, increment/ promotion letters, transfer orders etc
 Maintaining Leave records of the employees.
 Issuing ESIC temporary cards to employees on monthly basis & follow up with the consultant for regular updates.
 Issuing Medical cards to the employees as applicable & coordinating with HO for Mediclaim claims.
 Exit formalities – Collection of Clearance forms, Exit interview forms, NOC’s & all for timely closure.
 Coordination with HO for the timely release of FFS Cheques, relieving & experience letters.
Human Resource Information System
 Preparing manpower availability report as per defined budget on weekly basis.
 Preparing recruitment tracker on weekly basis.
 Responsible for maintaining and updating Records & MIS.
 Creating new entries in MIS (joining, change in status, resignations & salary updates).
 Maintaining Employee Master Database for various strategic HRIS.
 Maintaining complete track records of all employees.
Facilities Administration
 Issuing SIM Cards to the new employees as per the requirements.
 Coordinating with accounts department for timely release of mobile bill payments.
