• Handling the Performance Appraisal process and identifying scope for enhancing the same
• Identifying training needs and ensuring measurability and effectiveness of training imparted
• Identifying Individual development needs, Succession Planning and Skill Matrix.
• Organizing and participating in quarterly performance reviews for the employees in each department with their
respective HOD
• Ensuring all relevant MIS data for various activities are captured in coordination with the HOD and HR on
monthly, quarterly basis

Diversity, Educational Qualifications of employees, etc
• Timely MIS of attrition and resignation trends on a quarterly and annual basis
• Preparing and updating Organization Charts for all the dept across location

• Understanding the client requirements thoroughly, sourcing and short-listing the candidates in accordance with

education details and approve the same.
• To handle the Legal documents for the employees and assure the quality of the same.
• Handling HR Helpdesk queries.
• Follow up the employees to submit the Legal documents and assure the quality within the closure period of time.
• Handling the Employee travel management, document verification and to maintain the employee education
database.
• Handling background verification checks for the joiners those who don’t have passport at the time of joining and
handling personal data verification in system using SAP.
