hiring’s) and sharing the MIS required with the management.
Performance Management System
• Ascertaining the effectiveness of existing Performance Appraisal system.

• Coordinating with all functions Head at Corporate for PMS Completion
• Providing Weekly KRA/PMS report to the Head HR.

Performance Management System
• Coordination with the employees and their Line Managers for Completion of the PMS
• Coordinating with all functions Head at Corporate for PMS Completion
• Providing Weekly KRA/PMS report to the Head HR.
• Maintaining the MIS and Record for the PMS.
• TNA(Training Need Analysis)
• Maintained the KRA data and Assisted AVP HR to identify training needs for the employees.
• Providing the TNA MIS to the AVP HR and other department heads and coordinate for their feedbacks
• Stake holder for scheduling trainings in PAN India for various departments.
Payroll Processing:
• Handles salary processing for temporary, contractual employees which are near about 100 in numbers .
