pelanggan/pasien.
• Kualitas pelayanan terbaik bagi pelanggan kini
sudah menjadi pengetahuan yang wajib dipahami
dengan baik oleh semua segenap karyawan
organisasi/perusahaan di berbagai bidang usaha,
termasuk Rumah Sakit & Perguruan Tinggi
(sebagaimana diamanatkan dalam ISO
9001:2015).
