Paper hypothesis
- The sun obliquity on ecliptic (7.25 degrees) proves that, Earth Is Found Before
The Sun Creation.
The Hypothesis Explanation
- The paper hypothesis tries to disprove Newton Theory of The Sun Mass Gravity.
- While Newton told us, The Sun Is The Planet Motion Reason, the paper hypothesis
tells, Earth is found and moving before the sun creation. as a result, we conclude
that, Earth Motion Doesn't Depend On The Sun.
- This conclusion be valid for all solar planets. Means, Newton Theory of The sun
mass Gravity is mistaken.

1-Introduction
- Newton Theory of The Sun Mass Gravity Causes Basic Difficulties For The
Physics Book.
- This Theory which is wrong in its principle will cause some deep investigation and
revision for the physics book (Mechanics Branch).
- The Theory is built out of imagination, where Newton had supposed that, The Sun
is The Solar Planet Motion Reason.
- This hypothesis Newton told without any proof. And during 400 years, no one had
doubted that, it's wrong hypothesis in its principle.
- Newton Theory of the sun mass gravity will be pushed out of the physics book but
what about the general theory of relativity? How this theory can still in life after?
- This paper provides a new proof against Newton Theory of the sun mass gravity.
Where the sun obliquity on ecliptic (7.25 deg) proves that The sun is found after
all planets creation.
- Means, The solar planets be created and moving before the sun creation. the fact is

2-Methodology
(I)
- I use Planets Data Analysis to discover the solar planets creation and motion.
- This method put planets data in comparison with physics theory trying to know if
the theory is sufficient to explain the planets motions data.
- The method is useful because it creates questions and shows the consistency or
inconsistency between planets motions data and the theory
(II)
- This method also tries to discover how the planet get its data. So, questions (why
the moon diameter =3475 km?) be usual question. The method tries to know if the
planet data be created based on any geometrical reason or by an effect of other
planets or any other force.
- The vision tells, Planet moves depending on its data, by that, the research method
tries to discover the relationship between planet motion and its data, for example it
tries to answer the question (If a planet velocity changes what data will be changed
as a result?).

- The research method considers planet data be very useful source of knowledge for
planet motion explanation. Let's use one example to explain that

- The solar planets order contradicts the gravitation equation strongly, when we
asked why? the answer was because of (The Initial Conditions)!!
- Jupiter occupies the order no (5) in the solar system, and the 3 planets (Earth –
Venus – Mercury) shows that greater mass needs longer orbital distance and not
shorter. And even Uranus (less mass) be more near to the sun than Neptune
(greater) mass. these are clear contradictions with the gravitation equation. Why
the equation be acceptable spite?! Because of (The Initial Conditions)!!
- And what are (These Initial Conditions)?!

- The planets positions be inherited through the history. These positions restricted
the planets and prevented them to correct their positions to follow the gravitation
equation. This answer simply disregards the planet motion, because it considers
the planet motion has no any effect on this planet data.
- I want to say, not only the answer is wrong. But the answer also shows that, no
attention is paid for the planet data as if the plant motion be done regardless any
planet data. and that's the wrong concept. Because the fact is that, planet does its
motion depending on its data. And based on that,
- Planet data be (modified) according to this planet motion (modification).
Example no. (2)
- The Diameter =12430
- There's no a planet in the solar group its diameter =12430 km, this number I have
invented it.
- The idea behind this diameter is, We try to know if Planets Data be created
independently from other planets data or dependent on each other.
o The (supposed) diameter 12430 km is the one middle rate between Venus
diameter (12104 km) and Earth diameter (12756 km).
o (Earth diameter / moon diameter) = (Jupiter diameter) / (12430 x π)
o Mars (24.1 km/s) moves during (12430 seconds) a distance = 300000 km =
light (0.3 mkm/s) motion distance for 1 second.
o Saturn (13.1 km/s) moves during (12430 seconds) a distance = 120536 km
= Saturn Diameter
- The data shows that, the number (12430 km) is in harmony with other planets data.
and behaves as any other (real) planet diameter. the following data supports this
conclusion
o Jupiter (13.1 km/s) moves during 10921 sec a distance = 142984 km (=
Jupiter diameter) where (10921 km = the Earth moon circumference)

- There are 8 proves for the hypothesis (Earth and all solar planets are Found
Before The Sun Creation) which are:
(1) The sun gives one face always to the Earth during the motion, which means,
the Sun motion takes into consideration Earth orbital period (365.25 days),
which prove that the sun is created after Earth Creation.
(2) The Rate 1.0725 effects on The Solar System Distances
(3) Uranus Effect On The Planets Axial Tilts, proving that, the sun is created after
all solar planets.
(4) The sun diameter proves, the sun is created after all solar planets creation
(5) The Solar Planets motions depend on the equal distances feature and not on the
sun mass gravity.
(6) Jupiter orbital circumference analysis shows that, the sun be created in
proportionality with it.
(7) The supposed sun rate of time (1 day of the sun motion =365.25 days of Earth
motion). This Rate proves that the Sun is created after Earth Creation.

II – Discussion
- The previous data shows that
- 50% of all distances in the solar system be equal one another, and
- 40% of all distances in the solar system be rated one another with the same rate
(1.0725)
- Why?
- The equal distances are produced as logical results for the solar planets motions,
because the motion depends on the planets equal distances feature as we have
discussed before.
- That means, the solar system motion depends on equal distances feature and as a
result 50% of all distances be equal one another, but
- Why 40% of distances are rated with the same rate (1.0725)?
- Let's consider this question in following:
o The usual case is the equal distances as the data in Point no. (A), That
means, these rated distances were equal one another and all of them be
effected by the rate 1.0725
o Means,
o We have some historical order, which is
o The distances were equal, but
o Some change caused these equal distances to be rated with (1.0725)
o And
o 1.0725 = (100/100) + (7.25/100)
o We can conclude that,
o The distances were equal till The Sun Creation, and after the sun creation,
the sun obliquity (7.25 deg) caused the equal distances to be rated with one
another by the same one rate (1.0725).
o Means, the rate 1.0725 proves that, The Sun Is Created After All Solar
Planets Creation.

o One more feature supports this powerful argument, that
o The same rate (1.0725) is used for different distances. Because the sun
effects on all solar planets. That shows the rate (1.0725) must be related to
the sun otherwise this rate should be changed and be many different rates.
But the fact is that, the same one rate be used which supports the claim
that, this rate is belonged to the sun effect.
- We still don't know why the distances are rated with 1.0725! but
- We don't know even why the distances were equal? We see this feature be used in
the solar system motion but no clear geometrical mechanism explains why the
distances are equal?
A Comment
- I want to say that, The solar system is a very complex machine.
- Newton simple idea of the sun mass gravity gives us no facts about how the
machine works. Newton gave us a simple imaginary idea and removed the planets
motions data, and also left basic questions behind. The machine fact is so complex
one. and Newton Theory refutation be the easy part of our task where heavy tasks
are still in our waiting.
- The next discussion can support this meaning.
- But
- The previous analysis gave us a clear meaning spite the complexities, that, the
solar system distances analysis shows clearly A Change Be Done On These
Distances As A Result Of The Sun Creation.

- The previous data is so interesting group, how to explain it?
- The data shows, the solar planets axial tilts are created in proportionality with one
another. this data shows clearly that, some geometrical reason must be found
behind and no any pure coincidence can create this data.
- If we move with this data step by step we should reach to this conclusion simply,
for example
- Equation no. (a) shows that 7 planets axial tilts be rated to one another by the same
rate (1.0725) which we have discussed in the previous point.
- No pure coincidences can create such interesting effect, the data simply shows, the
planets axial tilts be in proportionality because of a geometrical reason.
- But what's this geometrical reason?
- The rest data shows that, Uranus is the basic player behind this geometrical reason.
Clearly Uranus axial tilt and orbital inclination be used to effect strongly and
clearly on all solar planets axial tilts as seen clearly in the data.
- The data shows Uranus domination on the solar planets axial tilts
- I want to say, it's some very strange, that Uranus effects so strongly on all solar
planets axial tilts. Means, the effect is specific and mentioned. How that can be
possible?

- I suggest the following answer
- Uranus effects on the solar planets axial tilts to prevent the planets overturning
motion. by that, no planet revolve around the sun with 90 degrees, but all planets
revolve through the horizontal level.
- That tells, Uranus Effect causes some unification of the solar planets motions, by
its effect on the planets axial tilts.

There's no way to remove the data under (pure coincidence claim), or even to
attribute another reason for this data. because the data is directed as a method be
used for all planets. That tells Uranus does some important task because of that no
one planet can escape from its effect
- The data shows different forms of the effect, but it's Uranus effect doubtless and
this effect is used on the planets axial tilts and no reason to do that except to
prevent the overturning motions of the planets.
- The data shows that clearly, the planets be crated before the sun creation. because
of that, they need to control their axial tilts, if the planets be created after the sun
creation this option of motion will not be found and by that no effect of Uranus is
required on the planets axial tilts.

- The previous data tells that, the sun is created after all solar planets creation. that
because the sun diameter is a rate used among many data.
- This conclusion is similar to the supposed diameter (12430 km) which we have
discussed in the paper methodology.
- Also Saturn orbital period (be discussed later) provides another example
- The new player be created to be in harmony with the found players and because of
that, the sun diameter be created based on an important rate in the solar planets
data to create general harmony for the solar planets motions.

- The Sun Is Created After All Solar Planets Creation.
- Means, the sun is the last created piece in the solar group
- The solar group is a machine be created based on geometrical rules because of
that, the new created pieces use data be defined before the creation. as w have seen

machine… 3 planets moves during 365.25 seconds distances = other planets
diameters or radiuses… we suppose that, some geometrical reasons must be found
behind! The usual answer is, (the data be found by pure coincidences)
- But what's the fact? There's a geometrical reason behind this data…
o Pluto moves during the solar day period a distance = 406000 km = Earth
Moon Distance at apogee radius, and
o Pluto moves during its day period a distance = 2593836 km = the moon
displacements total during 29.53 days =Earth Motion Distance during the
solar day (max error 1%)
o Pluto moves during (365.25 solar days) a distance = 149.6 mkm = Earth
orbital distance (error 1%)

Equation no. (1)
(365.25 hours x 2) / (7.25 hours) = 101
- Earth orbital period (365.25 solar days) be used here as 365.25 hours. Why?
because the machine is complex. The machine is a network of motions, and
because of that Earth orbital period be used as 365.25 seconds, 365.25 minutes,
365.25 hours and 365.25 solar days …etc
- The rate which we need is (101)
- This is the rate we need. Why? because
- Mercury Pluto Distance 5848 mkm= 101 x Mercury Orbital Distance 57.9 mkm
- These distances control the solar system all distances because it extends from the
most near planet to the most far one. So, The Rate (101) is the basic Rate in the
solar system motion.
- So, based on this rate (101), the value (7.25 h) is created depending on the period
(365.25 hours).
- I want to say, the period 7.25 h which is used as (the sun obliquity on ecliptic 7.25
deg) this value be created based on (Earth orbital period 365.25 days) (which is
used here as 365.25 hours).
- That means,
- The sun obliquity (7.25 deg) be created depending on the value (365.25). as a
result we conclude that, the sun motion data be created depending on Earth motion
data which proves that Earth is found and moving before the sun creation and that
disproves decisively Newton Theory of The Sun Mass Gravity.

position. I wish the argument logic is proved, where Newton Theory tells us we
have to see the planet by 2 different eyes, one for motion and one for unknown
historical factors which can’t be logical thinking. The correct answer is that (The

(4) The Space And Time Is Found Regardless Any Motion.
- Let's suppose that, a planet isn't found… Is this planet orbital distance will be
defined or not?
- The question simply asks if the space is created with the matter or independent
from the matter. This question is important because many times we found that the
matter defines its distance. Even in the gravitation equation, also in coulomb law,
always the matter defines its distance.
- So, Is the distance found before the matter creation? or with the matter creation?
- I give no answer here, let's try to extend the discussion and not to provide just
simple hypotheses.
- Can The Space Be Found Without Matter?
- I suppose NOT
- So, where's the mistake here?
- The basic question is left behind (how the matter is created?) and the second
question is very similar (why the matter creates gravity as Newton told?).
- I want to say that, the theory is built by direct observation without analysis for
planets motions data and also neglected the basic questions left them behind
- The theory has a reason to be created wrongly
- Einstein told (Space can be imagined without matter), but based on what proof he
told that? what proof the space can be created independently from the matter?! On
the contrary, I have a proof for the opposite idea … let's write it here
- Why we see the sun disc = the moon disc? Because
- (The sun diameter / the moon diameter) = (Earth orbital distance / Earth
moon distance)
- Why the diameters rate = the distances rate? My answer tells because (the matter
dimensions be created in proportionality with space dimensions). This data
is my proof. If it isn't strong enough, but Einstein has no any piece of proof for his
claim (Space can be imagined without matter).

- The previous data tells that,
- The light be a partner and companion in planet motion, that because the light
motion creates the planets motions cycles and because of that the planets move

- That means, the light motion is a partner in planet motion.

- That means, The Solar Planets Motions Energies Be Accumulated And Be Used
For The Sun Rays Creation.
- Based on this vision, the sun rays aren't created by any nuclear interactions found
inside the sun. the energy is provided by the solar planets motions energies.
- The Main Force In This Process Is The Sun Rate Of Time.

- 1 Day of The Sun Motion = 365.25 Days of Earth Motion.
- Based on this rate, The energy which is accumulated during one complete year be

matter and mass can be created by the energy of the planets motions energies total.
the point is that, The Energy Creates The Matter. And if the energy is available
the matter can be created regardless the creation method.

saved but the source of energy is the planets motions energies total.
- We should notice that, the planets motions energies total be a weak energy, but
because of the accumulation for 1 complete year (365.25 days), this accumulation
gives the chance for this energy to be used to create the sun rays. And because this
rate of time is the sun rate of time, so, no one planet sees this energy. because this
energy is created depends on the sun rate of time which is different from all
planets rates of time. And by that, the energy be used by the sun only and not by

- The solar system moves a unified motion. that means, the solar planets motions be
unified together and create One Unified General Motion. this motion which is
similar to the Train carriages Motions, where all planets motions be used to create
The One Unified General Motion.
- But
- Why does the solar system need this One Unified General Motion?
- Because by this unified motion The Sun Rays Be Created.
- Let's explain how that's happening in following:
- The 9 Solar Planets Velocities Total = 176 km/s
- But,
- We need to add the Earth moon velocity (29.8 km/s) and by that the total will be =
176 + 29.8= 205.8 km/s
- The moon velocity is = Earth velocity because they aren't separated from each
other through their motions.
- So, the 10 Planets velocities total be =205.8 km/s
- Why this total is required? Because
o The Sun Rays Energy Is Produced From The Solar Planets Motions
Energies Total.
o Means,

10921 km (The Moon Circumference) x 86400 Seconds = 940 mkm
- Equation no. (A) tells. If Earth revolves around the sun a complete revolution
(=940 mkm = Earth Orbital Circumference) in one solar day only (86400 sec), in
this case, the moon circumference (10921 km) will be equal the Earth motion
distance during 1 second.
- But, because
- Earth revolves around the sun in one year (=365.25 days), so this equation may
refer to a rate of time is used by the sun herself.
- Based on that,
- We suppose, the sun uses a rate of time different from Earth rate of time which is
(1 Day Of The Sun = 365.25 Days Of Earth)
- We will suppose that, this rate is a real one and try to test if it's a fact.
- Now we have 2 hypotheses which are
- (1st
hypothesis) (The planets velocities total is used to create the sun rays)
- (2nd
hypothesis) (1 Day Of The Sun = 365.25 Days Of Earth)
- Let's use the planets data depending on these 2 hypotheses in following:

- The distance =17.75 mkm and the time =237 seconds, so the velocity =75000 km/s

- The solar planets velocities total per a solar day = 17.75 mkm per a solar day
- During 1461 days, the solar planets (17.75 mkm) move a distance =25920 mkm.
- Because there's a light motion behind this data, the distance 25920 mkm we see as
a period of time (25920 years = The Precession Cycle).

- The data tries to show that, the cycle 1461 days is used by all planets velocities
total, means, it's a cycle for the whole solar system and not Earth Cycle only.

- The previous data aims to show that, the moon effects greatly on the cycle 1461
days. But because the cycle 1461 days is considered a cycle for all planets, the
moon effect is seen as one effect among many similar effects.
- But the following data can shows some specific effect of the moon motion on this

days. That shows the moon effective role in the solar system motion. can the moon
move in behave of all the solar planets?! To answer we should know what's the
relationship between the period 10747 days and the moon motion.
o The moon displacements total during 29.53 days = 2598693 km
o Earth motion distance during a solar day = 2574720 km
o The difference is (1%), so we consider these 2 distances are equal
o We remember the rule (Equal distances causes different rates of time)
o i.e. because the distances are equal
o 1 Day Of Earth Motion = 29.53 Days Of The Moon Motion
o But
o 1 Day Of The Sun = 365.25 Days Of Earth Motion
o Based on that
o 1 Day Of The Sun = (365.25 x 29.53) of the moon motion

o That means, Saturn orbital period (10747 days) is created to complete the
picture of the time rates cooperation. the data still gives surprises …
o The moon motion (2.4 mkm) during Saturn orbital period (10747 days)
passes a distance =25920 mkm which be passed by all planets during 1461
days and also be passed by the light beam in 1 solar day (86400 s). why?

- Pluto (4.7 km/s) moves during its day (153.3) a distance = 2593836 km
- The moon displacements total during (29.53 days) = 2598693 km
- The rate (6.38) between Earth and Pluto is used frequently in the sun rate of time
creation (we remember that 1 h of Earth motion = 6.38 h of Pluto motion)

- What does that mean?
- The sun almost circles the Earth and gives the Earth the same one face always.
- This vision almost isn't accurate…
- The sun does some action (as vibration) toward and backward in a range of angle
(=63.7 degrees).
- The sun is found on a vertical axis on Earth because of that we see this vibrating
motion as a circular motion.
- Accurately the sun rotates around its axis with a percentage =63.7% and return
back.
- By that the sun rotation around its axis be = 63.7% of its Circumference
- This motion the sun does one each year
- That means, the sun moves during 1year a distance = (63.7% x 4.37 mkm) =
2598693 km (= the moon displacements total during 29.53 days)
- That means,
- The sun moves during 1 year a distance = Earth motion distance during 1 day (1%)
- Because of that
- 1 Day Of The Sun Motion = 365.25 Days Of Earth Motion

- (Equal Distances Creates A Different Rate Of Time)
