of HR department.

 To provide the list of candidates to the training division and conducting the HR

for all the department.
 To assist the employees leaving the organization in terms of their full & final
settlement and exit interview formalities
 To issue and collect exit interview forms.

hospital documents & properties (wherever necessary).
 To maintain the record of resigned employees with the names of replacement
provided.
 To collect the medical bills against medical allowance given to the employees.
 To collect the 12 B form and investment declaration form and sharing it with the
payroll team.
 To ensure sufficient stock of the printed forms used in the recruitment /
separation process and maintaining HR inventory.
 To be responsible for preparing the following reports as per Time Schedule:
 Weekly report of recruitment vacancy status.
 Monthly report of the newly joined candidates
 Mediclaim & ESIC details
 Monthly HRMIS reports
 Monthly report of attrition and acquisition.
 Monthly Town hall presentation
 Monthly service charge sheet for all the employees.
 To prepare the calendar of International days and coincide it with employee
engagement charter.
 To participate and contribute to departmental quality initiatives.
 To be aware of departments performance and objectives.
 To perform any job / task as and when assigned by the Manager.
 To be responsible for conducting Employee Engagement activities on a regular
basis.
 To be responsible for preparing powerpoint presentations on the activities
conducted on the regular basis in regards of training & employee engagement
activities.
