 Charting recruitment needs, preparing JD, searching & short listing profiles,
scheduling interviews, CTC fixation with line to the present market standards.
 Fixing compensation, Issuing Offer Letters, Completing Joining & Exit Formalities,
 Monitoring & maintaining Employee records, Time & Attendance, Overtime, and
coordinating with finance team in Payroll process.
 Conducting Exit interviews with the resigned employees for checking the
possibilities of retaining the employees, Exit formalities, F&F settlement, issuing
reliving letters.
 Responsible for statutory compliance related to employees like, PF, ESI, Group
medi-claim Insurance, profession Tax and submission of all necessary forms.
 Liaising with statutory authorities WRT all statutory payments, obtaining and renewal
of licenses.
 Issuing Access Control cards, ID cards, Business cards, HR letters to employees
 Designing Incentive schemes in coordination with HODs and Plant Head based on
their production targets.
 Responsible for Performance Reviews and completing appraisals and annual
increments for employees.
 Charting out, Planning and executing all possible cost effective Employee
Engagement programs.
 Finding out the training needs of all the employees in line with HOD’s and Plant
head, preparing training calendar and arranging in house/external experts training.
 Works closely with all HOD’s, Plant Head and stake holders with respect to new
initiatives, organizational development and strategies.
 Planning, charting and executing timely induction training to all the new on
boarding employees in the company.
 Approval of Salary advances, travel advances, marriage gifts, birthday gifts to the
employees as per the policy.
 Timely revising, reviewing, preparing, maintaining and following SOP’s, SLA’s and HR
policies in line with requirements.
 Timely maintenance, renewing of employee’s group medi claim, personal
accident, workmen compensation, vehicles insurance policies.
 Ensuring timely maintenance and arrangement of employees transport and
vehicles.
• Asset/Facility/Admin :
 Managing all Admin facilities at plant premises and HO.
 Raising purchase, AMC’s, Work Orders requisitions in SAP for all HK, IT, HR
requirements.
 Planning and executing all events in the plant and HO in line with cost effective.
 Maintaining HK, Casual Labor, contract employees in terms of agreements, billing,
casual labor manpower and grievances handling, security, CCTV system
monitoring.
 Maintaining the cleanliness at plant premises at all the time and more attentiveness
at the time of regulatory audits.
 Maintaining the guest house in terms of allotment, cleanliness, arrangements for
guest, employees, etc.
 Guest relation, conference room, travel arrangements for employees and guests.
