manufacturing a wide range of high quality products such as face & hand towels,

Generating large pool of candidates, sourcing resumes, screening them and calling the
candidates for interview. Coordinating induction program for new joinees.
Conduct Exit Interview for ongoing improvement and presenting the feedback to
management for increased employee satisfaction and better retention policies.
Provide appropriate feedback to the concerned person of the concerns emerging from
the exit interview.
Legal & Safety:-
Responsible for all the statutory returns of the company.
Responsible for the updating of all the statutory registers of the company.
Procurement of all the safety equipments for the workers.
Coordinating various trainings regarding safety & health of the employees.
Reward & Recognition:-
Procurement of R&R gifts.
Responsible for the timely distribution of gifts among the departments.
Recognizing good performers & reward them.
Strengthen R&R by using various schemes & improving performance of the company.
