Recruitment & Resourcing :-
 Selecting resumes using company mail, data bases, job portal advertisements, manpower agencies
and employee referrals.
 Screening the resumes and scheduling interviews.
 Organizing for Interview.
 Preparing and issuing offer letters to the selected candidates.
 Ensuring pre-joining and post-joining procedures.
Training and Development
 Identifying training needs through department heads.
