Major Roles and Responsibilities:
HR Operations –
Induction & Joining Formalities
Organize and conduct induction program for new recruits.
Liaise with the local MIS team to ensure everything in the place for the new recruit to start on Day 1
Complete the joining formalities - Verification of documents
Separation Formalities
Taking care of overall process for Off boarding Process - Facilitate the Exit of the employee: Exit Interview, Full &
Final settlement process, Leaver Talent drain survey initiation and maintain Leaver tracker and issuing the
Relieving letter
HR Welfare & Administration
To implement HR policies and ensure Employee welfare benefits are rolled out as per HR manual.
Recommending and implementing reward and recognition schemes.
Maintaining confidential personal files of the employees.
Managing transfers, resignations and final settlements.
Managing Provident Fund, Gratuity and ESIC
To ensure and maintain Statutory Compliance as directed by the legal team.
Liaise with other functional / departmental head so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR
development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose and achievements
2. To manage escalations and maintain a cordial relations with internal stake holders, Business leaders and clients.
Bank account opening, ID card coordination, maintaining of official records.
Maintain & Update the Daily/Weekly/Monthly tracker of all employees
Tracking employees probation period and bridge the gap between employee and manager.
Issue letters to employees when requested.
To work as a bridge for all employee grievance
Conduct fun & learning activities
Headcount Planning & Budgeting Working with the Head HR
Gauge requirements and plan ahead on resource planning initiative Performance
Appraisal Reviews Working with the Head HR
Review Process-3 Month & 6 Month:
Taking care and Initiate Review process for Employee Confirmation for all the eligible New Joiners
Maintain the data for both Confirmed /Probation Extended Employee for records.
Issuing the Confirmation/ Probation letters
Arranging One to One discussion between senior level manager and Employee whose probation period has been
extended.
Employee Engagement Activities:
Initiating and executing different Employee Engagement Activities in the Organization.
Adhering to budget allocated
Organizing birthday celebrations, Indoor and Outdoor sports activity & Fun & Work activities, team lunch & team
outings etc.
Involved in organizing team and successfully handled Excellence award function and Children’s day celebration for
Atkins Gurgaon.
