Job Responsibilities in Flipkart.com
 Responsible for Volume hiring for entire North Zone for On Roll & Off Roll Position
through various sources
 Everyday line-ups/interview/On boarding/Joining’s
 Regular meetings with the operations team & stakeholders.
 Discussions of job profiles & work experience with operation team & business units to
hire new staff.
 Formulating detailedreport about each candidate evaluating their skill sets, experience
levels, communication skills, job responsibilities etc. and discussing the same with the
business unit.
 Take HR round interview & process the schedule of interview with Business Unit.
 Providing Proper feedback to the candidates after the interview.
 Handling salary negotiations andreference check of the candidates.
 Conduction initial HR Round of the selectedcandidates.
 Regular follow up with candidates after joining.
 Preparing and managing MIS for new joined & absconding.
 Hiring for On Roll & Off Roll Employees.
 Doing the joining formalities, checking the joining kit & making the new joined
employees files.
 Coordinating with vendors for Off Roll bulk requirement
 Follow up of the candidates regarding various issue
 Making sure that candidates are well verse with company police/SOP
 Taking care BGV of all the new joiners
 Exit interview/ Resigning authority process with department head
Coordination: Coordinate with top management for all interviews.
Vendor Management: Follow up with vendors for joining process and interview line ups.
Currently handling 5 vendors.
On boarding: Responsible for Joining Formalities, Documents Check, Releasing Offer Letter for
entire North.
BGV: Looking after joining formalities and documents verification for entire north zone.
Induction: Conduct induction program for all new hires.
MIS: Responsible for making daily, weekly and monthly reports & dashboard relatedto new
hires.

Recruitments:
End-to-End recruitment, Screening, short listing, mapping skills with existing requirements,
interest check, scheduling interviews, salary negotiations, final closure and regular follow – up
till joining of the candidates
Conducting first & final round of interview.
 Sourcing & Screening Resumes from Job Portals (Naukri.Com & Monster.com)
employee referrals and rehire of ex-employees, professional or social networking
sites.
 Handle complete Recruitment Life Cycle - Sourcing, Screening, Short-listing
Profiles, Scheduling, Candidates Tracking, Follow-ups, and HR interviews.

contract (Staffing Business)

 Identify and disseminate best practices to hiring team members.
 Recruit more than 50 candidates for Staffing business & 85K for permanent
business per month.
 Taking telephonic &1st F2F Round of Interview& Creating EVALUATION SHEETS.
 Scheduling, arranging, freezing & coordinating all rounds of interviews.
 Handling the Reference Check activity for all the hires associates.
 Preparing salary fitments, discussing offer & negotiating offer.
 Identifying & evaluating the key skills of the candidates with regard to the job
description
 Preliminary interview of the candidate, checking their communication, technical
 skills, location, relevant experience, salary and notice period.
 Scheduling the shortlisted candidate’s further interview process.
 Taking care on boarding for new joining candidates
 Taking care of complete employee Lifecycle from on boarding to exit
