HighLights:
 India’s Nikkei Manufacturing PMI surged to 52.6-mark in August
 US Unemployment Claims rose to 263,000 for w/e on 26th

 Spanish Manufacturing PMI unchanged at 51-mark in last month
 US ISM Manufacturing PMI plunged to 49.4-mark in previous month
 UK’s Manufacturing PMI surged by 5 points to 53.3-mark in August
Indian Rupee closed on flat note and appreciated marginally to end at 66.96
against the US dollar on Thursday. The currency appreciated on account of fa-
vourable manufacturing data from the country. Further, strong inflow of for-
eign funds led to positive movement in the currency.
However, month dollar demand from importers and bankers coupled with
weak economic growth in prior quarter capped sharp gains in the currency.
Indian Rupee moved in the range of 66.93 to 67.07 in Thursday’s trading ses-
sion. The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) fixed reference rate for the dollar was
seen at 66.95 and Euro stood at 74.66 in Thursday’s trade. India’s Nikkei Manu-
facturing Purchasing Managers Index (PMI) surged by 0.8 points to 52.6-mark
in August with respect to rise of 51.8-level in July.
US Dollar Index declined around 0.4 percent in Thursday’s trading session due to rise in risk appetite in global market sentiments which led
to decline in demand for the low yielding currency. Further, unfavourable economic data from the country kept pressure on the currency.
US Unemployment Claims rose by 2,000 to 263,000 for the week ending on 26th
Aug’16 as against a rise of 261,000 in prior week. Revised
Nonfarm Productivity declined by 0.6 percent in June quarter from a drop of 0.5 percent in previous quarter. Final Manufacturing Purchas-
ing Managers' Index (PMI) fell marginally to 52-mark in August when compared to 52.1-level in July. The Institute for Supply Management
(ISM) Manufacturing PMI plunged by 3.2 points to 49.4-mark in last month with respect to rise of 52.6-level in July. ISM Manufacturing Pric-
es slipped by 2 points to 53-level in August as compared with 55-mark a month ago.
Euro against dollar rose around 0.4 percent on Thursday on account of weakness in the dollar index. Further, upbeat global market senti-
ments led to upside in the currency. However, unfavourable economic data from the region capped sharp gains in the currency.
Spanish Manufacturing Purchasing Managers' Index (PMI) unchanged at 51-mark in August. Italian Manufacturing PMI dropped by 1.4
points to 49.8-mark in August as against a rise of 51.2-level in July. French Final Manufacturing PMI fell marginally by 0.2 points to 48.3-
level in last month from 48.5-mark in July. German Final Manufacturing PMI unchanged at 53.6-mark in the previous month. Euro Zone
Final Manufacturing PMI declined marginally to 51.7-level in August with respect to 51.8-mark a month ago.
The Sterling Pound gained around 0.1 percent in Thursday’s trade as a result of weakness in the dollar. Further, upbeat global market senti-
ments coupled with favourable economic data from the country led to positive movement in the currency. UK’s Manufacturing Purchasing
Managers' Index (PMI) surged by 5 points to 53.3-mark in August with respect to 48.3-level in July.
The Japanese Yen against dollar appreciated around 0.2 percent in Thursday’s trading session due to rise in risk aversion in global market
sentiments in early part of the trade which led to increase in demand for the low yielding currency.

2. Technical View:
On daily after gap down opening JPYINR pair opened the
day at 65.20, made a high of 65.25, low of 64.88, and
closed the day at 64.90, thus it closed the week with a
loss of 0.39 point.
On daily chart JPYINR has been facing strong resistance
at 66 levels which is unfiled gap. Beside, pair has given
closed below 21 & 50 day moving averages which is
place at 66.21, 65.43 level. & it show that near term
trend is down.
On daily chart momentum indicator RSI reading is at 41
level with negative crossover with point out for negative
breath in the pair.
So for trading perspective, one could use sell on Rise up-
to level of with SL of 66.60 for Target of 64.40-63.80
Pivot levels for the Day
Technical View:
On daily USDINR pair opened the day at 67.35, made a
high of 67.35, low of 67.19, and closed the day at 67.21,
thus it closed the week with a loss of 0.09 point.
On daily chart pair has formed bearish big body candle.
Which represent bearishness, and other hand pair has
been trading above all short term, medium term, and
long term moving average which is 20, 100 and
200.Whereas on weekly chart pair has continually taking
support at 50WMA. Which suggest short term trend is
bullish.
A weekly momentum indicator RSI reading is at 51.53
level with positive crossover, besides RSI reading is near
to its trend line support which point out for positive
breath in stock.
So for trading perspective, one could buy up to the level
67.20-67.10 with SL of 66.85 for target of 6.50-60.60

Technical View:
On daily USDINR pair opened the day at 88.54, made a
high of 89.16, low of 88.33, and closed the day at 88.01,
thus it closed the week with a gain of 0.70 point.
The price has been trading in descending triangle for-
mation from past weeks and prices have been facing re-
sistance of its upper bad of triangle at 88.20 levels on daily
chart. Any movement can be if prices shown breakout
above falling trend line at 88.85 levels.
The prices have been trading above its 20 DMA, which
suggest short term trend is Bullish.
A momentum MADC has given bullish Cross over with pos-
itive note on daily chart, which suggest bullishness in the
prices in coming trading session.
For now we expect prices should move high towards 90.80
with SL 87.50 levels in the coming trading sessions.
Technical View:
On daily gap up opening EURINR pair opened the day at
75.17, made a high of 75.17, low of 74.90, and closed the
day at 75.05, thus it closed the week with a gain of 0.09
point.
Price has have been trading in descending triangle pattern
from past few week and price has facing resistance of up-
per band of triangle pattern.
On other hand price has been trading below its 20, 100
daily moving average whereas took support at 50 daily
moving average which place at 74.48 which suggest short
term, medium term trend is down and long term is bullish
On daily chart momentum oscillator RSI have been trading
below 60 level as well as MACD oscillator is also given
bearish cross over which give signs of bearishness
For now we can expect prices should move lower towards
74.60- 74.40 (200 DMA) levels in the coming trading ses-
sion.
