Worked in every department of the hotel, as a part of my 6 months industry exposure, and
was awarded as the “Best Industrial Trainee”, for the summer batch 2010.
Management Trainee – Operations, Hotel Leela Venture Limited (2012-2014)
Front Office:-
Handling Guest Services for internal and external Calls, also setting telephone verbiage for
the property.
Ensuring guest requests are met for arrivals of day.
Preparing concierge reports (Daily movement sheet).
