Responsible for overall functioning of department including 104 cover multi-cuisine restaurant (orchid)
including PDR along with Lounge Bar, IRD and Banquet.
To train and develop Executive and Supervisors in Technical, administrative and managerial abilities.
Maintaining close surveillance of guest comment cards of the outlet
Responsible for Food and beverage promotion in the hotel.
