(The Lebua resort is a modern boutique hotel and event facility inspired by the area’s color,
vibrance and cultural splendor. Inflected in its, materials and intricate details. The resort offers
60 suites and 3 villas, each equipped with modern amenities, are a celebration of textures,
patterns, latticework, color and a view of the Aravalli hills.
Duties & Responsibilities
 Assist in the organization of all Front Desk staff for all preseason duties
 Greets the VIP guests of the hotel. As directed by the Front office Manager, Performs
special services for VIP Guest’s.
 Checks cleanliness of lobby and public areas, lights and as well as front office staff in
proper and orderly appearance and behavior.
 Assists in handling room lock problems.
 Co-ordinates with all departments concerned in order to maintain Front Office
functions properly.
 Motivates and maintains good staff relations.
 Answers guests inquires, handles complaints and attend to the needs of the guests
 Assist in coordination of organization of keys drawers, all pertinent Front Desk
information and creation of necessary files and folders
 To follow the house rules & policies laid down by the management
 Checks cleanliness of lobby and public areas, lights and as well as front office staff in
proper and orderly appearance and behaviour.
