people prefer to look pictures rather than to read
texts without any illustrations. Pictures and
illustrations evoke certain emotions that can be
interpreted in different ways by different readers.

understand the text that we are reading.

3. The reading path is the manner that a text, or a text
with other features, is read. We usually read text from
beginning to end, following the sequence of
information based on how the text is arranged.

we follow the common conventions in reading, from left to
right and from top to bottom.
