1. Point of View
The perspective from which the story is told.It
refers to who is telling or narrating the story.

2. Types of Point of View:
• 1st person POV - a character in the
story is narrating.
Pronouns:I We

My/Mine Our/s
Examples:”I won the competition.”
“We ate the whole cake.”
“We are
grilling.”

3. • 2nd person POV – one person is talking to someone else.
Pronouns:You

Examples:”You need to pass the exam.”

4. • 3rd person POV – the person is outside the conversation.
