Accessibility: the means of production for industrial media are typically government and/or corporate (privately owned); but on facebook, tools to generate ads are generally available to the public at little or no cost. There are many companies who use social media to promote their business and it is infact a powerful tool, but it can also produce drastic effects as well, by burdening a company’s financial plan, if not done properly.
