The Southern Stereotype Essay
Long Live Southern Stereotypes
Ever since Scarlett O Hara struggled to find love and Andy Taylor was elected Mayberry s Sheriff,
filmmakers and television producers have yet to lose any fondness for stereotyping the southern
culture. There are many who despise any form of labeling or stereotyping within the media, fearing
false characterizations or inaccurate portrayals of southern customs, traditions, and people. Exposure
to southern stereotypes through media is an appealing element in the American lifestyle that can
render endearing impressions, contribute genuine metaphors, and provide viewers with a unique and
fascinating (whether positive or negative) glimpse toward a regional culture.
The mass media, or media at large, would ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
These are pointed descriptions, but they are true and the American culture loves (and loves to hate) the
southern stereotype and it is here to stay.
Now what about those who may have that southern stereotypical drawl? Southern accents do not make
one stupid; being stupid does. Southerners should be proud of the southern accent. However, the
media has managed to cause dismay among many southerners who possess the engaging and attractive
drawl. Should a visitor traveling to North Dakota, view a Fargo native as stupid or ignorant because of
the distinct accent heard there? Should a North Dakota resident ridicule a person from the Bronx
because of the peculiar accent heard there? Somehow people are ashamed of their unique speech
patterns rather than being proud of a colloquial accent. The southern stereotype will be here for a long
time to come, so love it and embrace it.
According to Jack G. Shaheen in his essay titled, The Media s Image of Arabs, Hollywood producers
must have instant kits that contain sunglasses, Arab clothing, tents, and mosques in order to provide a
snapshot of Hollywood s stereotypical Arab (99). Undoubtedly, the same holds true when depicting
the typical southern example. Whether one

Cre Recombinase Activity Essay
The major conclusion of this study is that our novel split Cre complementation system introduces both
temporal and special control of site specific recombination using Cre recombinase enzyme. This
system solved many drawbacks have emerged during the extensive use of Cre recombinase in
molecular biology. The complemented protein is almost as efficient as the Full CRE in the
recombination activity (~95%). Moreover, each fragment lacks the recombinase activity. This system
allows precise genetic manipulation. It has a special importance in neuroscience lacking selective
promoter region for conditional knocking our specific gene at specific brain tissue. Many websites,

They depended on the linker used by Jullien et al (19). We depended on the designing criteria of the
linker for efficiently separating domains in bifunctional proteins (40). They reported to use rapamycin
dependent dimerization or É‘ helix interactions for enhancing posttranslational association between the
two fragments. Some trials used artificially designed antiparallel Leucine Zipper to assist protein
fragment reconstitution (41). In our study, we used yeast GCN4 coil/coil Leucine Zipper domain
which previously used by some split Cre systems (19). This Leucine Zipper does not interfere with
normal cellular physiology (30). Each protein fragment behaves as an independent protein. It has
different kinetics than the other protein fragment. We tested the recombinase activity on synthetic
construct and on mammalian genome. We have optimized the system to choose the best spatial and
temporal control of the Cre recombinase. Meanwhile, the reconstituted CRE recombination was not
present in all cells. We had to sort cells expressed both nCre and cCre fragments. There are two
possibilities for this finding. First, the reconstituted CRE is too low to induce complementation.
Second, there is difference in the expression pattern between the two promoters in each cell due to
epigenetic factors.

Marilyn G Eazy Analysis
Determining a Potential Break Up: Analyzing the meaning of Marilyn by G Eazy Behind every love
song is a meaningful message that the audience often misses because they re hooked onto the beat, or
simply don t see the big picture. G Eazy is a new rapper who, over the past couple of years, has slowly
grown into a well known artist. Before everyone knew him for the song Me, Myself and I, he had an
album previous to his latest one, When It s Dark Out. In the album, These Things Happen, there was a
specific song that truly stands out to those in relationships. All relationships have their ups and downs
and everyone can agree to that. Marilyn by G Eazy, sends off a clear message to its audience:
relationships are difficult. The song starts off with the hook. The girl is talking to some guy, possibly
her boyfriend, and tells him, ...I want to love you/But if it s not right what can I do? (1 2). Within the
first few lines we can assume there is a conflict the couple is facing. Possibly him not wanting to be
with her? Maybe he s rejecting her? Or perhaps he s one of those guys that lead a girl on and decide to
leave her hanging. Whatever the case may be, we know they re dealing with an issue. As the song
continues, it then turns over to the guy speaking, perhaps back to the girl, and he understands that their
relationship isn t what it used to be and even uses the Kennedy s so called perfect relationship as an
analogy: Uh, I wish we could just pretend to be/Like we always were before as happy as the ... Show

girls tone changes. After the first verse, compared to how it did in the beginning, the girl s voice

that they re in a rocky place in their relationship and things aren t the way they used to

Case Study 2 Will the steel companies develop global strategies?
Questions
1.
In the 20 years to 2000, the world s 40 largest steel companies made cumulative losses before tax of
US$10 billion, in spite of investing around US$75 billion in new capital equipment. In the following
five years, profitability increased but the return on capital was still low (...) . What were the reasons
for this trend? The first factor that I will appoint is a political/legal issue, according to PESTLE
analysis, and consists in the fact of some of the steel companies were subsidised by their respective
governments, which are not worried about making profits. Besides this, individual nations or groups
of nations had set up trade barriers to ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Finally, I could also mention that this was a value destroying industry, since the cost pressure was high
but with the lower prices of steel, the companies had difficulties to pass the impact of the costs to the
customers. So, from my perspective, these are the main trends in the strategic environment that have
influenced steel company profits over the past few years. Nevertheless, the fact that most steel
companies operate largely within their national or regional markets, adapting their strategies only to
them, was, obviously, the primary aspect that contributed for the worsening of the situation.
2. Arcelor Mital, the first largest steel company of the world, on the date the article was written, arose

Critical Analysis Of Shostakovich Cello Concerto No. 2
Shostakovich Cello Concerto No. 2
Dmitri Shostakovich is known as one of the most major composers within the 20th century. This
composer, born in 1906 in Saint Petersburg, Russia discovered his musical talent at age 9 after
beginning piano lessons with his mother. Throughout the years, he learned full piano and composition
which lead to his graduation from the Saint Petersburg Conservatory at age 19 with his first
symphony. Shostakovich often times found difficulty in balancing his artistic inspiration and the
demands of the soviet state. Shostakovich is recognized for his themes of solemn ambivalence as well
as for his ability to incorporate deep emotional range within his work. For this review, I chose to
watch Shostakovich Cello Concerto No. 2. This concert was performed by the State Academic
Symphony Orchestra of the USSR. The conductor of this concert was Yevgeny Svetlanov and the
violoncellist performing was Mstislav Rostropovich. Shostakovich Cello Concerto No. 2 was
performed in the Large Hall of Moscow State Conservatory on September 25th, 1966.
This concerto is about 35 minutes long and has three movements throughout the work. In my opinion,
Shostakovich Cello Concerto No. 2 is full of unpredictability and emotional melancholy. It seems as if
the first movement conveys such a dark tone which within itself exemplifies the piece in a dreary and
mysterious light. It feels as if some extremely somber themes are being explored within the beginning
of the movement. The

Summary Of We All Looked Up By Tommy Wallach
We All Looked Up by Tommy Wallach there are a group of kids in their last year of highschool. There
was the athlete, slut, over achiever, and the slacker. They received news that there was a 66.6% chance
an asteroid will demolish the earth in 2 months. After that the city went into mayhem, the government
placed a curfew and the national police came. Criminals rose up and people stopped going to work
and school. SPOILER ALERT SPOILER ALERT SPOILER ALERT!!! Anita the over achiever and
Andy the slacker wanted to celebrate the end of the world so they made a party where anyone and
everyone could come the night before the supposed asteroid would crash. One day Peter the athlete
needed to find his punk sister Misery and she was at this party and while he was getting her the police
came and luckily he escaped but they took all the teenagers to the police. Eliza the slut was also
brought to the police and she plotted a way to send a picture to her friends so someone can get them.
Andy the slacker knew where they took all the kids and Peter,Anita, and Andy protested to let all the
kids out and hundreds of people joined them until someone just broke the wall and the police just let
them out without any resistance. At the end, they had the party like they planned and Anita and Andy

The Importance Of Hypatia For The Development Of Western...
Hypatia of Alexandria is a relevant example of the way in which men fear powerful and intelligent
women due to their insecurity of losing power. Although the way in which she was brought down is
one of the most extreme cases, it resembles much of what continues to go on in Western Civilization.
There are both consistencies and inconsistencies between the sources, lecture, and the textbook. The
inconsistencies most likely attribute to this aforementioned male insecurity. The Importance of
Hypatia for the Development of Western Civilization Much like Hypatia, it is common to see women s
accomplishments downplayed and criticized across all of history. With another wave of the feminist
movement we have seen in the last few years, Hollywood has decided to do a bit of retelling to set the
story straight of a few major events, these specifically focus on The United States. For example, the
movie Hidden Figures (2016), directed by Theodore Melfi, speaks about black women working in
NASA in the 1960s and how their contributions did much for the success of the program. Another is
the documentary Dolores (2017), directed by Peter Bratt, that was based on the life of Dolores Huerta,
a civil rights activist that fought alongside Caesar Chaves, yet received none of the credit for all her
accomplishments in American History textbooks. Both these films shed light on women that were
overlooked in history due to them not conforming to what society thought a woman should be. For

History of the Hollywood Star System Essay
The star system was a method of developing and advancing the popularity of Hollywood movie stars.
The system, which began during the height of the Hollywood studio system era, emphasized the image
of the actor instead on the actual acting. The movie studio s profits were driven by the popularity of
the stars that appeared in their films. According to Rocco, the stars had long term contracts with the
movie studios that paid them a weekly salary, and the stars were identified with specific types of
characters that would often be repeated in many movies. Belton stated that the star provides the studio
with a tangible attraction, an image that can be advertized and marketed, offsetting the less tangible
qualities of the story, directing, ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Over time, there were several changes in Hollywood that led to the end of the studio system, but the
star system remained one of the most important aspects of the film industry. The creation of movie
magazines made the actors and actresses more assessable to fans. Belton stated that the power of today
s stars is driven by the amount of focus that is put on them by entertainment journalist and television
shows (90). Entertainment magazines line the shelves of grocery stores and newspaper stands with the
names and faces of stars plastered throughout the pages. Robert Downey Jr. is one of the most gifted
actors of his generation, but he had a tough time finding stability in his personal life. According to
Biography.com, Downey was born in New York City on April 4, 1965, and began is acting career as a
young boy. Born into the business, his father was a filmmaker and his mother was an actress, he
appeared in his first role when he was five years old. Downey appeared in several popular films
throughout the 80 s and 90 s, and during this period, he was also well known in the media for his
substance abuse problems. Downey received critical acclaim for his many of his performances, but at
the sometime earned the reputation as a disturbed and controversial figure. Many of the stories in the
media focused on Downey s personal issues and less on his acting performances. The following quote

Concerns Over North Korea s Nuclear Aspirations
North Korea s nuclear aspirations and capabilities are a major concern for Americans as well as the
rest of the World. A concern that is fully supported when looking at the relentless effort North Korea
has put into fulfilling its military first strategy. Above all else North Korea has made it a point to
improve its military at the expense of its economy and its citizens. With the idea of a military first
system it is hard to imagine that North Korea ever truly wanted nuclear reactors for the sole purpose
of energy. More important to understanding this policy, is the history of North Korea. Jonathan
Pollack goes into detail about the history and the emergence of Kim Il Sung following the Korean
War, and why Kim felt that military first was the best policy for the country. The underlying factor in
North Korean policy is that they are fearful; following the bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki the
World saw what a powerful weapon nuclear bombs are and likewise Kim Il Sung also did. Pollack
makes it clear that it is essential to understand the history and to look at the situation from the stance
of North Korea. North Korea views the acquisition of nuclear weapons as a deterrent; if they possess
nuclear weapons than countries are less likely to interfere with them. It also makes them feel like they
are on the same level as the other nuclear states. North Korea refuses to negotiate if the terms include
giving up their nuclear arms. These choices have made their

covering an 800,000 square foot lot. The marketplace was established in Fall of 2010. It is located off
of Highway 380 and University Dr. in Denton, Texas. Having only been around for 5 years the
shopping center appears very contemporary compared to older shopping centers nearby. The parking
lots are clean and trash free and the paint stripes are easily visible. The landscape is very well kept and
there are potted flowers in the gathering areas. Overall the shopping center provides a refreshing look

The Water Systems At Bulls Creek, Wild Basin, And Mckinney...
Our study determined how detrimental pet activity is on the environment, more specifically the water
systems at Bulls Creek, Wild Basin, and McKinney Falls. My hypothesis was the if there is human
and pet activity near water ways, there will be an increase in algae boom and chlorophyll a
concentration because bacteria body material, and feces of the dog affects the water s health. Our
results did not agree with our hypothesis because Chlorophyll a concentration was higher at
McKinney Falls, where there was the most pet activity, and lower at Bulls Creek, even though pets
were allowed also. Additionally, the Wild Basin, where there were no pets allowed, had samples with
an unexpectedly high chlorophyll a concentration compared to the samples from Bulls Creek. Other
factors including canopy cover, and urban runoff could have also altered water quality.
I infer that the water quality was affected more by other factors. The two sites with about the same
amount of human activity were McKinney Falls State Park and Bulls Creek. On the other hand, Wild
Basin swimming is not allowed. Our results showed that the order from greatest to least amount of
nitrate and phosphorous concentration was Bulls Creek, McKinney Falls, and Wild Basin at the
lowest. Hence, because Bulls Creek was had the high amounts of human activity and nitrate and
phosphorous levels, this relates
Moreover, urban runoff highest at Bulls Creek, which has parking lots, highways, and buildings

sushi chef, Jiro Ono and his ten seat restaurant, Sukiyabashi Jiro. The film showcased at the
Provincetown International Film festival in 2011 and is now streaming on Netflix; it is a film for those
interested in sushi, Japanese culture and a good moral lesson. Jiro Dreams of Sushi on the surface
appears to be just a biography about Japan s most well known sushi chef, yet beneath the story, lies a

The narrative turns to Jiro, as he explains the impact of the rise in consumption of sushi on fish
populations. It feels almost as if the documentary spent the majority of its run time building up Jiro s
credibility, just so he could have his time to speak and be taken seriously. Much of the
cinematographic techniques stayed the same, such as the music and the lighting, yet, the focus is
almost completely turned to Jiro and his fish dealers, but there is also an added element while Jiro
speaks; there s panoramic shots of the peaceful swarms of fish, of the loud city and its inhabitants and
most importantly, close up shots of once famous sushi dishes slowly fading away from the serving
dish. This technique is subtle and sinister and quite frankly, effective in delivering it s message. When
you take a look at outside research, Jiro s claims seem to stand truthful. Preparing sushi in the 15th
century was once a process that took 2 months to a full year to complete, not to mention it was
incredibly wasteful, as only the fish was eaten and the rice was thrown away (Hsin 2012). But in the
last decade, it seems that the popularity of sushi only continues to grow. It has become convenient to
buy sushi, a customer can buy sushi in supermarkets, university lunch lines and even in what is
deemed a conveyor belt restaurant where a patron can sit and eat sushi as it passes by them on a
conveyor belt. Thus this correlation in the rise of sushi consumption in the last decade and the
depletion of fish populations that Jiro explains in his film seems completely

Facts About Self Harm
Facts about self harm, have been kept out of view from the public eye for far longer, than society
should be proud of, Self harm is a serious issue, not just a desperate attention seeking cry, which is
what a great many have lead so many to believe. What can be defined as self harm, how many have
engaged in self harm, why do they do it, and just what exactly is self harm? Is it a mental illness, a cry
for attention or maybe something else?
According to a study published in the journal Pediatrics, an average of 1 in every 5 people has
engaged in some form of non¬ suicidal self¬ injury, including but not limited to cutting, burning, hair
pulling and punching (Domanick). Apparently self harm isn t as uncommon we had originally been

show any compassion or even attempt to understand what those who self harm are truly going

themselves harm, just to receive attention, they might have a mental disorder that has yet to be treated.

Visual Portrayals Of Women
Visual portrayals of females in mass media have been a focal point of discussion in scholarly articles
and debates for more than five decades (Mager Helgeson 2010).
Women in earlier periods were portrayed in stereotypical roles representing a domestic field and weak
and dependent character traits (Easton Toner, 1983). However over time, women have earned respect
in the professional arena (Thurm, 2001) and attained traits of being strong and autonomous (Kates
Shaw Garlock, 1999). During the same period, advertising has also faced dynamic and revolutionary
changes (Belch Belch, 2015). Advertisements have started to show women s strength, although they

Ceulemans Fauconnier (2015, p.7) argue that the basic reason for a critical focus on gender and sex
role representation in the field of advertising is because of the close connection between the
advertising, the consumer goods industry, and the crucial economic role of women as consumers.
While there is definitely a relationship between the product type and female representation, does the
female representation vary between advertisements for different brands?
In the contemporary media, the much criticised gender stereotypes, their appearance and the other
roles are more prevalent in magazines than in any other media. Female representation in the

What Role Does Risk Management Play Within The Homeland...
What role does risk management play within the homeland security enterprise? To answer that
question we first have to examine what risk management is. Risk management is an anaclitic approach
to figuring out the likelihood that an event will impact a specific assets, person, or function and then
implementing steps to mitigate the impact or consequence of the event. (Decker, 2001) The Standard
risk management formula that the Department of Homeland Security uses is R=T*V*C or Risk =
Threat * Vulnerability * Consequence. To understand this formula and how it is used we first have to
beak down each part. Risk is defined by Homeland Security as potential for an unwanted outcome
resulting from an incident, event, or occurrence, as determined by its likelihood and the associated
consequences. They define threat as natural or man made occurrence, individual, entity, or action that
has or indicates the potential to harm life, information, operations, the environment, and/or property.
Vulnerability is defined as qualitative or quantitative expression of the level to which an entity, asset,
system, network, or geographic area is susceptible to harm when it experiences a hazard. And lastly
they define consequence simply as effect of an event, incident, or occurrence. (Homeland Security,
2010)
Before The Department of Homeland Security can implement this formula, they first have to go
through a series of assessments. These are threat assessments, vulnerability assessments,

The Unemployment Rate Of Unemployment Essay
The economy from the beginning of January this year has been stabilized, stats show we have added
one hundred fifty thousand jobs in January. In February, America added another two hundred forty
thousand jobs, being beyond people s expectations believing it would have only been 190,000 jobs.
This situation calmed everyone about the economy s health making the unemployment rate of 4.9, till
now the unemployment rate has remained the same. Many professionals in economics believe that an
unemployment rate of 4.9% is full employment. As of today we are stabled and doing well, companies
have been hiring more people, the minimum wage rose a dollar to ten dollars which means people will
spend more, also the gas is not that costly, car sales are doing better, and even the government deficit
is decreasing. The economy is in better shape than most people believe. Incomes have been higher,
unemployment has dropped, and industrial production has been up there.
With an unemployment rate of 4.9% we are basically at full employment and 2.5% of those employed
being college students who have graduated. Also labor markets are thinking to increase the hourly
earnings. Total payroll employment is higher than the six hundred thousand in the last three months,
and the ratio of employment to population, which has been low for several years, has been much
better. Michael Montgomery an economist shares that with the 4.9 percent, employers have to

This case does not hold truth on the moon. Since there is no air on the moon, only the dust that is
physically touched is blown (Bad). This means that footprints not directly affected by the rockets can
still be. What else can possibly be brought up dealing with the absence of atmosphere on the moon?
The flag ripples in the photographs taken by the astronauts; therefore, the force of wind causes this.
This assumption is entirely false. In most of the photos, the astronauts are placing the pole of the flag
into the moon which of course is causing movement of the flag. Now, the biggest kicker is the
photograph showing the astronaut standing on the side of the flag. The design of the flag can explain
this. To compensate for the lack of an atmosphere on the lunar surface, the flag assembly included a
horizontal crossbar to give the illusion of a flag flying in the breeze (NASA). Now it is time for some
more nonsense. How did the astronauts survive the trip to the moon if they needed to pass through Van
Alen s Ring? For everyone that does not know, Van Alen s Ring is a ring of radiation that completely
surrounds Earth 500 miles above it s surface. Yes, they would have been affected if the metal
surrounding the spaceship did not protect them , but that s the thing the metal blocked must of the
radiation from entering. Also, they passed through the ring in about a hour so there was not much time

Because of the discernable correlation between labor productivity and overall productivity, the
damaging losses were a result of low labor productivity. Ebony Hills Golf Course had increased labor
hours and costs, but revenues had fallen. The strategies recommended focused on cost reduction and
price increases. Reducing staff during non peak seasons and increasing prices were recommendations
that potentially may yield positive profits for Ebony Hills. The SWOT analysis exposed opportunities
to create more revenues during non peak season by establishing cooperative agreements with local
high schools and colleges. The research paper gave a real world example of how to utilize multifactor
productivity measurements to uncover inefficiencies within a firm.

Tropic Hormone Essay
examples.
The tropic hormone stimulates an endocrine gland to grow and secrete it s hormones. They are
secreted by the adenohypophysis (anterior pituitary gland) (Taylor, 2016). Examples are FSH follicle
stimulating hormones which help the female ovaries to mature and to ovulate. Adrenocorticotropic
hormone (ACTH) stimulates the adrenal cortex and secretes cortisol (Taylor, 2016).
Compare the intercellular (cell to cell) communications of the endocrine and nervous systems Which
is the most effective and why? Please explain by providing specific examples to support your choice.
The nervous system and endocrine systems both work to maintain a constant internal environment,
while also being able to respond and adapt to external events (Boundless, 2016).
By sending electrical action potentials along neurons, the nervous system responds fast to stimuli.

The nervous system reacts quickly to stimuli by sending electrical action potential to stimuli by the
nervous system is near instantaneous but the effects are normally short lived. An example is the the
recoil mechanism of an arm when touching something hot (Boundless, 2016). The endocrine system
depends on hormones to obtain responses from target calls. These hormones are produced in
specialized glands at a distance from the target, hormones can influence cellular responses at a protein
or genetic level. This process takes quite a while longer then that of the nervous system. Endocrine
hormones must first be synthesized, then transported to their target cells and either enters or signals
the cell. Since these hormones act much slower their effects are usually longer lasting . An example is
the growth hormone that is secreted by pituitary gland. The pituitary gland is responsible growth

LORAN is a pulsed hyperbolic system. Which means that hyperbolic lines of position are determined
by noting differences in time of reception of synchronized pulses from widely spaced transmitting
stations, primary and secondary, A primary station broadcasts an uninterrupted series of pulses of
fixed duration and at a fixed rate. A secondary station, 200 300 miles away, automatically transmits its
own signals, maintaining a frequency and pulse duration in accord with those of the primary station.
The secondary station maintains a fixed time difference between its reception of the primary signal
pulse and the sending out of its own. The identified time difference of arrival of the two pulses locates
the craft some where on a curve and every point of which is located at a constant difference in
distance between the stations.

Adolph Coors Case Study On The Beer Industry
Adolph Coors Case Study The Adolph Coors Case Study proved the dedication and self reliance
Coors brings to the beer industry. Having overcome great adversity by surviving the prohibition years,
Coors durability and sustainability are also complimentary points on the structure of the company.
Coors is a family owned company that had humble beginnings in Colorado and within 100 years grew
into a multimillion dollar company. Coors controlled manufacturing process is a sign of their
individuality in the beer industry, this was not an unknown fact, however, as they were receiving
orders to ship Coors beer all across the nation as of 1972. The case study allowed an internal and
external point of view, which was highly beneficial to properly analyze their upcoming problem
within the company.
Unfortunately, this case study highlighted a point in time where Coors was not performing well. The
first visible sign of their struggles was in Quiz 4, which highlighted Coors income per barrel drastic
deterioration from 1977 to 1985. The charts and graphs included at the back of the case study gave a
graphic representation of the relatively low market share Coors held in 1977 and how this decreased in
coming years compared to companies such as Anheuser Busch, Miller, Stoh, and Heileman. Market
share is an important value driver when increasing a firm s performance based on a comprehensive
value metrics framework, and with Coors industry market share being low this provides a problem.

Brown 3Jane BrownProfessor GEnglish 10118 October 2015Hemingway s Glorious Paris It was the
1920 s and the end of World War I. The cobblestone streets are lined with store fronts and cafés. Down
the road you could hear a small roar coming from The Dingo Bar ; as you approach it, you see a group
of men sharing stories of the war and their discontent of today s society. Your eye is drawn to a young
man in the middle of the table. As he sips his wine, he turns his head towards you, and in that moment
he shines his charming smile directly at you. This is how I always envisioned my first meeting with
Ernest Hemingway in Paris if I had been there. The years Hemingway spent in Paris would play an
important role in his first marriage, the development of his writing style, and was the backdrop to
many adventures as a young man. Ernest Hemingway arrived in Paris in December of 1921 with his
wife Hadley Richardson, whom he had married (in October of the previous year.) the previous year in
October (sounds better). Hadley was a very simple and meek girl that was dominated by hermother.
All that changed once she met the handsome young writer/explorer (and explorer take out the slash
symbol) Ernest Hemingway. She once told a friend the he was an Explosion in herlife (Chicago
Tribune) Soon after they meet, they were married and on their way to Paris. In December, 1922, they

Aesthetic Analysis
Aesthetics is the branch of philosophy that asks questions about the nature of art and beauty. The
Classical definition of art is the good, the true, the beautiful. Art equals something that is beautiful
then it is true and leads the person experiencing it, to the good. While this may be the classical
definition of art it is not quite accurate. To think that something is true and good just because it is
beautiful is not right. There are three critiques of this definition which define art in a different light.
Leo Tolstoy defines one as romantic art; The essence of a work of art is the emotion it causes to an
audience. It makes everyone feel as one because they are all feeling the same emotion. Malcolm
Bradbury defines modern art as a ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
You have to listen to the meaning behind the note. As with John Coltrane s A Love Supreme he wrote
this song with four parts to it describing a religious experience he went through fighting drug
addiction. The first part Acknowledgement the start of the saxophone is like a deep breath, the beats of
the piano and drums start creating a feeling of almost tranquility in knowing love exists and there is
hope. The next part Resolution starts out quiet and faint, then a loud saxophone blares and the drums
and piano all come in at the same time almost chaotically. This showing the struggle in his head most
likely when he was going through withdraws and was having a rough time staying committed. The
third part pursuance the drums start and increase more rapidly, and more rapidly simulating a person
running, chasing the love supreme he is looking for. The final part Psalm has the slower, calmer
sounds of the saxophone and piano creating a sense of calm and happiness like he has accomplished
his goal in overcoming his addictions and he is praising! Just these simple note to this song if one didn

viewers that children at a very young age children are dying because of their parents irresponsibility to
do unhealthy things in front of their child like smoking, this ad made by Child Health Foundation is
introducing the viewers that kind of way because of the smoke halo above the child head, now that
indicates that secondhand smoke is going to be the reason of the death of this harmless child. When
people see that kind of thing it makes them think and put their own child in the place of the child in
the picture and seeing how they would feel if they were the reason there young child has to die early
or if they left their baby with someone who smokes in front of their child. It gives the viewers the guilt
of killing something so precious and beautiful like a baby, it s heart breaking that a child doesn t get a
chance to live a full life because some people don t know the full damages of cigarettes, adults in
general don t think that secondhand smoke has an effect on babies but in this ad it shows this very
clearly. Now the audience notice another thing which is the smoke is coming from someone off the ad

Conspiracy Theories Have Caused People To Question Everything
Conspiracy theories have caused people to question everything the government tells them for
hundreds of years. A conspiracy theory is an explanation of an event or situation that invokes a
conspiracy without warrant. Conspiracy theories generally involve an illegal or harmful act carried out
by the government or other powerful actors. The Moon landing is still one of the biggest conspiracy
theories in the world. After forty eight years it is still being debated and discussed in many
laboratories, and classrooms across the globe. On July 20, 1969, two American astronauts by the name
of Neil Armstrong, and Buzz Aldrin allegedly, landed safely on the moon. The entire world was

Some people have reason to believe that the dark interior of the space shuttle looked like the darkness
of space, and the circular window gave the circular shape of the earth. The film also states that one of
the astronauts used a crescent shape to alter the shape of the earth as they drifted farther into space.
The consistency of the video was also at question. The film shows decent quality color video inside of
the spaceship, but the film on the moon was black and white. Many conspiracy theorists claim that the
video footage was leaked from NASA by accident. When the video footage was leaked conspiracy
theorist dissected the footage and made a hypothesis of how the footage was produced. NASA says
that every theory is false and they stand behind their statements firm.
What motivated the moon landing?
The moon landing was highly motivated by the space race between the United States, and the Soviet
Union. The space race caused a very tense tone in each country, as they both were trying to be the first
to make it into space. The Soviet Union made the first milestone by launching Sputnik into the earth s
orbit on October 4, 1957. Sputnik was the world s first manmade satellite to make it into outer space.
This was such a frightening time for the United States. The United States did not know if it was sent to
space for a nuclear launch or

Value Chain Analysis By Jim Riley
Jim Riley published study notes about value chain analysis and he teaches that value chain analysis
describes the activities that take place in a business and relates these activities to an analysis of the
competitive strength of the business. This paper includes comparing and contrasting two articles. The
first article is The 7 Steps of Software Development Case Study Chapter 1 but the second one is Value
Chain Analysis by Jim Riley. Also, these two articles will be applied to the company Pep Boys, which
I chose to do the value chain analysis to. Since I do not work yet, I chose Pep Boys because my close
friend works there as a vice president of marketing. There are seven traditional steps that can go bad in
a software development project but if you follow all these steps than your software project is going to
be in a better shape and it should not have that many crashes. The first step is preliminary
investigation or analysis, where software developers and project managers clarify the requirements to
project sponsors. Second is specification and requirements analysis, which involves taking the
requirements and describing them in a way meaningful to programmers. The third step is design or
architecture, which gets into more low level details. The next step is where the program is built, also
called as development or coding. The fifth step is testing and documentation, which makes sure that
the program functions as required and that the program s functionality is

The Mortgage Theories Of Real Estate
In real estate, there are two mortgage theories that are determined by jurisdiction. In title theory states,
the title of real estate remains with the lender until the loan is paid in full. The lender owns the
property and can reclaim it, should the purchaser default on the loan, by use of a non judicial
foreclosure process called a power of sale foreclosure. In lien theory states, the title remains with the
purchaser and the lender places a lien on the property. This means there is an encumbrance on the
property for the life of the loan. The lien is lifted once obligations have been met. When obligations
towards the loan are not met, a judicial foreclosure can be initiated. (Findlaw, n.d.) There are
advantages and disadvantages to both theories. Title theory states are attractive to lenders because they
can institute a power of sale foreclosure process, which does not involve expensive and lengthy
litigation. Lien theory states, on the other hand, are attractive to buyers as it requires a judicial
foreclosure process. This process can be lengthy and afford the purchaser more opportunities to settle
the debt (Hinkle, 2011, p.186). Additionally, some lenders are cautious about lending in lien theory
jurisdictions because usury laws restrict interest rates on loans that exceed a set maximum ( Title
Theory v Lien Theory, 2015).
California is a hybrid between both mortgage theories. California commonly uses deeds, instead of
mortgages, in property transfers (Hinkle,

Unique In My Life
I like to observe people. I often make mistakes while doing it and then get myself into very
uncomfortable situations that could be prevented. I am clumsy. People often ask me how can I be a pre
professional ballet dancer and still be so clumsy. I am the product of my changing environment.
Shaped by the masses, shaped by languages, shaped by the stars. Once someone said to me: Chaos
before the star . There needs to be chaos for something beautiful to happen. Molecular clouds of
interstellar gases and dust binding at freezing temperatures, and then a star emerges from the chaos. If
I could get one dollar for every time I have embarrassed myself, I would probably be living another
life accompanied by those very expensive dogs. But, if I could get one dollar for everytime that those
embarrassments have turned into beautiful disasters, I would only be able to buy a handful of things at
a dollar store. Those events are quite unique. Unique as in for that one day that my mother hit her head
on the windshield while sneezing, which by the way was hilarious. Unique as the inspiring songs
about turtles, unique as every broken heart, uniques as you, and also as unique as the day that my life
changed.
The engines of the plane could just be described as huge. I remember having the sensation of going to

Thesis On Blessing And Curse
1.2 The Research Problem
Curses and cursing practices have been existed as universal phenomena since the time of immemorial.
However, unlike blessing, Curse words are words we are not supposed to say; as a result curse words
themselves became highly influential. The topic itself is perhaps too taboo for academicians. (Jay,
2000:18).
Sigmund Freud, a well known psychologist, discusses the term taboo largely in his book Totem and
Taboo . He considers taboo as restrictions that are different from religious or ethical prohibitions,
which are not based upon any celestial statute, but rather might be said to force themselves on their
own account (Freud, 1999: 2). He came up with the most original explanation for the apparently

  • 2. The Southern Stereotype Essay Long Live Southern Stereotypes Ever since Scarlett O Hara struggled to find love and Andy Taylor was elected Mayberry s Sheriff, filmmakers and television producers have yet to lose any fondness for stereotyping the southern culture. There are many who despise any form of labeling or stereotyping within the media, fearing false characterizations or inaccurate portrayals of southern customs, traditions, and people. Exposure to southern stereotypes through media is an appealing element in the American lifestyle that can render endearing impressions, contribute genuine metaphors, and provide viewers with a unique and fascinating (whether positive or negative) glimpse toward a regional culture. The mass media, or media at large, would ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... These are pointed descriptions, but they are true and the American culture loves (and loves to hate) the southern stereotype and it is here to stay. Now what about those who may have that southern stereotypical drawl? Southern accents do not make one stupid; being stupid does. Southerners should be proud of the southern accent. However, the media has managed to cause dismay among many southerners who possess the engaging and attractive drawl. Should a visitor traveling to North Dakota, view a Fargo native as stupid or ignorant because of the distinct accent heard there? Should a North Dakota resident ridicule a person from the Bronx because of the peculiar accent heard there? Somehow people are ashamed of their unique speech patterns rather than being proud of a colloquial accent. The southern stereotype will be here for a long time to come, so love it and embrace it. According to Jack G. Shaheen in his essay titled, The Media s Image of Arabs, Hollywood producers must have instant kits that contain sunglasses, Arab clothing, tents, and mosques in order to provide a snapshot of Hollywood s stereotypical Arab (99). Undoubtedly, the same holds true when depicting the typical southern example. Whether one ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 3. Cre Recombinase Activity Essay The major conclusion of this study is that our novel split Cre complementation system introduces both temporal and special control of site specific recombination using Cre recombinase enzyme. This system solved many drawbacks have emerged during the extensive use of Cre recombinase in molecular biology. The complemented protein is almost as efficient as the Full CRE in the recombination activity (~95%). Moreover, each fragment lacks the recombinase activity. This system allows precise genetic manipulation. It has a special importance in neuroscience lacking selective promoter region for conditional knocking our specific gene at specific brain tissue. Many websites, such as GenePaint; a digital atlas for gene expression pattern in mouse ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... They depended on the linker used by Jullien et al (19). We depended on the designing criteria of the linker for efficiently separating domains in bifunctional proteins (40). They reported to use rapamycin dependent dimerization or É‘ helix interactions for enhancing posttranslational association between the two fragments. Some trials used artificially designed antiparallel Leucine Zipper to assist protein fragment reconstitution (41). In our study, we used yeast GCN4 coil/coil Leucine Zipper domain which previously used by some split Cre systems (19). This Leucine Zipper does not interfere with normal cellular physiology (30). Each protein fragment behaves as an independent protein. It has different kinetics than the other protein fragment. We tested the recombinase activity on synthetic construct and on mammalian genome. We have optimized the system to choose the best spatial and temporal control of the Cre recombinase. Meanwhile, the reconstituted CRE recombination was not present in all cells. We had to sort cells expressed both nCre and cCre fragments. There are two possibilities for this finding. First, the reconstituted CRE is too low to induce complementation. Second, there is difference in the expression pattern between the two promoters in each cell due to epigenetic factors. Tyrosine family site specific recombinases and type IB topoisomerases are characterized by a ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 4. Marilyn G Eazy Analysis Determining a Potential Break Up: Analyzing the meaning of Marilyn by G Eazy Behind every love song is a meaningful message that the audience often misses because they re hooked onto the beat, or simply don t see the big picture. G Eazy is a new rapper who, over the past couple of years, has slowly grown into a well known artist. Before everyone knew him for the song Me, Myself and I, he had an album previous to his latest one, When It s Dark Out. In the album, These Things Happen, there was a specific song that truly stands out to those in relationships. All relationships have their ups and downs and everyone can agree to that. Marilyn by G Eazy, sends off a clear message to its audience: relationships are difficult. The song starts off with the hook. The girl is talking to some guy, possibly her boyfriend, and tells him, ...I want to love you/But if it s not right what can I do? (1 2). Within the first few lines we can assume there is a conflict the couple is facing. Possibly him not wanting to be with her? Maybe he s rejecting her? Or perhaps he s one of those guys that lead a girl on and decide to leave her hanging. Whatever the case may be, we know they re dealing with an issue. As the song continues, it then turns over to the guy speaking, perhaps back to the girl, and he understands that their relationship isn t what it used to be and even uses the Kennedy s so called perfect relationship as an analogy: Uh, I wish we could just pretend to be/Like we always were before as happy as the ... We only know that they re in a rocky place in their relationship and things aren t the way they used to ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 5. Case Study 2 – ‘Will the steel companies develop global... Case Study 2 Will the steel companies develop global strategies? Questions 1. In the 20 years to 2000, the world s 40 largest steel companies made cumulative losses before tax of US$10 billion, in spite of investing around US$75 billion in new capital equipment. In the following five years, profitability increased but the return on capital was still low (...) . What were the reasons for this trend? The first factor that I will appoint is a political/legal issue, according to PESTLE analysis, and consists in the fact of some of the steel companies were subsidised by their respective governments, which are not worried about making profits. Besides this, individual nations or groups of nations had set up trade barriers to ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Finally, I could also mention that this was a value destroying industry, since the cost pressure was high but with the lower prices of steel, the companies had difficulties to pass the impact of the costs to the customers. So, from my perspective, these are the main trends in the strategic environment that have influenced steel company profits over the past few years. Nevertheless, the fact that most steel companies operate largely within their national or regional markets, adapting their strategies only to them, was, obviously, the primary aspect that contributed for the worsening of the situation. 2. Arcelor Mital, the first largest steel company of the world, on the date the article was written, arose from the merger between the UK/Indian based company Mital and the French and Luxembourg based ... • 6. Critical Analysis Of Shostakovich Cello Concerto No. 2 Shostakovich Cello Concerto No. 2 Dmitri Shostakovich is known as one of the most major composers within the 20th century. This composer, born in 1906 in Saint Petersburg, Russia discovered his musical talent at age 9 after beginning piano lessons with his mother. Throughout the years, he learned full piano and composition which lead to his graduation from the Saint Petersburg Conservatory at age 19 with his first symphony. Shostakovich often times found difficulty in balancing his artistic inspiration and the demands of the soviet state. Shostakovich is recognized for his themes of solemn ambivalence as well as for his ability to incorporate deep emotional range within his work. For this review, I chose to watch Shostakovich Cello Concerto No. 2. This concert was performed by the State Academic Symphony Orchestra of the USSR. The conductor of this concert was Yevgeny Svetlanov and the violoncellist performing was Mstislav Rostropovich. Shostakovich Cello Concerto No. 2 was performed in the Large Hall of Moscow State Conservatory on September 25th, 1966. This concerto is about 35 minutes long and has three movements throughout the work. In my opinion, Shostakovich Cello Concerto No. 2 is full of unpredictability and emotional melancholy. It seems as if the first movement conveys such a dark tone which within itself exemplifies the piece in a dreary and mysterious light. It feels as if some extremely somber themes are being explored within the beginning of the movement. The ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

There was the athlete, slut, over achiever, and the slacker. They received news that there was a 66.6% chance an asteroid will demolish the earth in 2 months. After that the city went into mayhem, the government placed a curfew and the national police came. Criminals rose up and people stopped going to work and school. SPOILER ALERT SPOILER ALERT SPOILER ALERT!!! Anita the over achiever and Andy the slacker wanted to celebrate the end of the world so they made a party where anyone and everyone could come the night before the supposed asteroid would crash. One day Peter the athlete needed to find his punk sister Misery and she was at this party and while he was getting her the police came and luckily he escaped but they took all the teenagers to the police. Eliza the slut was also brought to the police and she plotted a way to send a picture to her friends so someone can get them. Andy the slacker knew where they took all the kids and Peter,Anita, and Andy protested to let all the kids out and hundreds of people joined them until someone just broke the wall and the police just let them out without any resistance. • 9. The Importance Of Hypatia For The Development Of Western... Hypatia of Alexandria is a relevant example of the way in which men fear powerful and intelligent women due to their insecurity of losing power. Although the way in which she was brought down is one of the most extreme cases, it resembles much of what continues to go on in Western Civilization. There are both consistencies and inconsistencies between the sources, lecture, and the textbook. The inconsistencies most likely attribute to this aforementioned male insecurity. The Importance of Hypatia for the Development of Western Civilization Much like Hypatia, it is common to see women s accomplishments downplayed and criticized across all of history. With another wave of the feminist movement we have seen in the last few years, Hollywood has decided to do a bit of retelling to set the story straight of a few major events, these specifically focus on The United States. For example, the movie Hidden Figures (2016), directed by Theodore Melfi, speaks about black women working in NASA in the 1960s and how their contributions did much for the success of the program. Another is the documentary Dolores (2017), directed by Peter Bratt, that was based on the life of Dolores Huerta, a civil rights activist that fought alongside Caesar Chaves, yet received none of the credit for all her accomplishments in American History textbooks. Both these films shed light on women that were overlooked in history due to them not conforming to what society thought a woman should be. For Hypatia, this ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 10. History of the Hollywood Star System Essay The star system was a method of developing and advancing the popularity of Hollywood movie stars. The system, which began during the height of the Hollywood studio system era, emphasized the image of the actor instead on the actual acting. The movie studio s profits were driven by the popularity of the stars that appeared in their films. According to Rocco, the stars had long term contracts with the movie studios that paid them a weekly salary, and the stars were identified with specific types of characters that would often be repeated in many movies. Belton stated that the star provides the studio with a tangible attraction, an image that can be advertized and marketed, offsetting the less tangible qualities of the story, directing, ... Over time, there were several changes in Hollywood that led to the end of the studio system, but the star system remained one of the most important aspects of the film industry. The creation of movie magazines made the actors and actresses more assessable to fans. Belton stated that the power of today s stars is driven by the amount of focus that is put on them by entertainment journalist and television shows (90). Entertainment magazines line the shelves of grocery stores and newspaper stands with the names and faces of stars plastered throughout the pages. • 11. Concerns Over North Korea s Nuclear Aspirations North Korea s nuclear aspirations and capabilities are a major concern for Americans as well as the rest of the World. A concern that is fully supported when looking at the relentless effort North Korea has put into fulfilling its military first strategy. Above all else North Korea has made it a point to improve its military at the expense of its economy and its citizens. With the idea of a military first system it is hard to imagine that North Korea ever truly wanted nuclear reactors for the sole purpose of energy. More important to understanding this policy, is the history of North Korea. Jonathan Pollack goes into detail about the history and the emergence of Kim Il Sung following the Korean War, and why Kim felt that military first was the best policy for the country. The underlying factor in North Korean policy is that they are fearful; following the bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki the World saw what a powerful weapon nuclear bombs are and likewise Kim Il Sung also did. Pollack makes it clear that it is essential to understand the history and to look at the situation from the stance of North Korea. North Korea views the acquisition of nuclear weapons as a deterrent; if they possess nuclear weapons than countries are less likely to interfere with them. It also makes them feel like they are on the same level as the other nuclear states. North Korea refuses to negotiate if the terms include giving up their nuclear arms. Our study determined how detrimental pet activity is on the environment, more specifically the water systems at Bulls Creek, Wild Basin, and McKinney Falls. My hypothesis was the if there is human and pet activity near water ways, there will be an increase in algae boom and chlorophyll a concentration because bacteria body material, and feces of the dog affects the water s health. Our results did not agree with our hypothesis because Chlorophyll a concentration was higher at McKinney Falls, where there was the most pet activity, and lower at Bulls Creek, even though pets were allowed also. Additionally, the Wild Basin, where there were no pets allowed, had samples with an unexpectedly high chlorophyll a concentration compared to the samples from Bulls Creek. Other factors including canopy cover, and urban runoff could have also altered water quality. I infer that the water quality was affected more by other factors. The two sites with about the same amount of human activity were McKinney Falls State Park and Bulls Creek. On the other hand, Wild Basin swimming is not allowed. Our results showed that the order from greatest to least amount of nitrate and phosphorous concentration was Bulls Creek, McKinney Falls, and Wild Basin at the lowest. The film showcased at the Provincetown International Film festival in 2011 and is now streaming on Netflix; it is a film for those interested in sushi, Japanese culture and a good moral lesson. Jiro Dreams of Sushi on the surface appears to be just a biography about Japan s most well known sushi chef, yet beneath the story, lies a message of reverence and finding peace with your career. He does not complain about his job, he only takes national holidays and he refuses to retire. The message Jiro wishes to convey is: obtain a career you dream about, and work very hard at it. It feels almost as if the documentary spent the majority of its run time building up Jiro s credibility, just so he could have his time to speak and be taken seriously. Much of the cinematographic techniques stayed the same, such as the music and the lighting, yet, the focus is almost completely turned to Jiro and his fish dealers, but there is also an added element while Jiro speaks; there s panoramic shots of the peaceful swarms of fish, of the loud city and its inhabitants and most importantly, close up shots of once famous sushi dishes slowly fading away from the serving dish. This technique is subtle and sinister and quite frankly, effective in delivering it s message. When you take a look at outside research, Jiro s claims seem to stand truthful. Preparing sushi in the 15th century was once a process that took 2 months to a full year to complete, not to mention it was incredibly wasteful, as only the fish was eaten and the rice was thrown away (Hsin 2012). But in the last decade, it seems that the popularity of sushi only continues to grow. It has become convenient to buy sushi, a customer can buy sushi in supermarkets, university lunch lines and even in what is deemed a conveyor belt restaurant where a patron can sit and eat sushi as it passes by them on a conveyor belt. Thus this correlation in the rise of sushi consumption in the last decade and the depletion of fish populations that Jiro explains in his film seems completely ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

To answer that question we first have to examine what risk management is. Risk management is an anaclitic approach to figuring out the likelihood that an event will impact a specific assets, person, or function and then implementing steps to mitigate the impact or consequence of the event. (Decker, 2001) The Standard risk management formula that the Department of Homeland Security uses is R=T*V*C or Risk = Threat * Vulnerability * Consequence. To understand this formula and how it is used we first have to beak down each part. Risk is defined by Homeland Security as potential for an unwanted outcome resulting from an incident, event, or occurrence, as determined by its likelihood and the associated consequences. They define threat as natural or man made occurrence, individual, entity, or action that has or indicates the potential to harm life, information, operations, the environment, and/or property. Vulnerability is defined as qualitative or quantitative expression of the level to which an entity, asset, system, network, or geographic area is susceptible to harm when it experiences a hazard. And lastly they define consequence simply as effect of an event, incident, or occurrence. This assumption is entirely false. In most of the photos, the astronauts are placing the pole of the flag into the moon which of course is causing movement of the flag. Now, the biggest kicker is the photograph showing the astronaut standing on the side of the flag. The design of the flag can explain this. In title theory states, the title of real estate remains with the lender until the loan is paid in full. The lender owns the property and can reclaim it, should the purchaser default on the loan, by use of a non judicial foreclosure process called a power of sale foreclosure. In lien theory states, the title remains with the purchaser and the lender places a lien on the property. This means there is an encumbrance on the property for the life of the loan. The lien is lifted once obligations have been met. When obligations towards the loan are not met, a judicial foreclosure can be initiated. (Findlaw, n.d.) There are advantages and disadvantages to both theories. Title theory states are attractive to lenders because they can institute a power of sale foreclosure process, which does not involve expensive and lengthy litigation. Lien theory states, on the other hand, are attractive to buyers as it requires a judicial foreclosure process. This process can be lengthy and afford the purchaser more opportunities to settle the debt (Hinkle, 2011, p.186). • 34. Unique In My Life I like to observe people. I often make mistakes while doing it and then get myself into very uncomfortable situations that could be prevented. I am clumsy. People often ask me how can I be a pre professional ballet dancer and still be so clumsy. I am the product of my changing environment. Shaped by the masses, shaped by languages, shaped by the stars. Once someone said to me: Chaos before the star . There needs to be chaos for something beautiful to happen. Molecular clouds of interstellar gases and dust binding at freezing temperatures, and then a star emerges from the chaos. If I could get one dollar for every time I have embarrassed myself, I would probably be living another life accompanied by those very expensive dogs. But, if I could get one dollar for everytime that those embarrassments have turned into beautiful disasters, I would only be able to buy a handful of things at a dollar store. Those events are quite unique. Unique as in for that one day that my mother hit her head on the windshield while sneezing, which by the way was hilarious. Unique as the inspiring songs about turtles, unique as every broken heart, uniques as you, and also as unique as the day that my life changed. The engines of the plane could just be described as huge. I remember having the sensation of going to another planet. I should have known that in many ways, I actually was. Everything kept getting back to me, my past, my inference of the future and all the goodbyes. Every single one of ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

However, unlike blessing, Curse words are words we are not supposed to say; as a result curse words themselves became highly influential. The topic itself is perhaps too taboo for academicians. (Jay, 2000:18). Sigmund Freud, a well known psychologist, discusses the term taboo largely in his book Totem and Taboo . He considers taboo as restrictions that are different from religious or ethical prohibitions, which are not based upon any celestial statute, but rather might be said to force themselves on their own account (Freud, 1999: 2). He came up with the most original explanation for the apparently irrational nature ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
