During the presidential elections, political memes were all over social media. The most common
political memes that drowned social media were with Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton. One
meme consisted of a little boy sticking a knife into a socket, then the text reads: Trump or

dignity. Social media networking has become a large part of today s society. Media applications
such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Snapchat are rising in popularity, not only amongst
