Describe an example of organisational misbehaviour, where you as
a customer were treated badly e.g. this could be the poor
performance of a sales or service/ person in a shop, restaurant or
hotel etc.
Analyse systematically the possible explanations for your
treatment in terms of individual, group, organisational or context
factors. What does above reveal about the nature of explanations
of organisational behaviour?
What might the implications be for the organisation if the poor

before concluding), precise use of terms
eg performance, avoiding making
unrealistic generalizations (from your past
experience, or between individuals, groups.)

3. OB study helps us to understand what makes
