Black Tea
The harvested leaves are sorted cleaned
and subjected to withering.
Leaves are sun dried and gently crushed
on tear slightly at the ends.
Now the leaves are heated to stop
fermentation and to bring down the
moisture content to the dullified stage.

OOLONG TEA
The leaves are withered and gently
shaker to bruise leaf edges.
Later they are partially fermentation
rolled and dried to produce oolong tea.

GREEN TEA
 The leaves are withered
steamed rolled and dried to
produce green tea.
In this process fermentation is
avoided.

WHITE TEA
All the above varieties of teas can be
made into different textures for
marketing .
The leaves are withered indoor
steamed slightly rolled and dried to
produce white tea

LEAF TEA
 It is high quality tea made by using the whole
leaf of the tea plant
The leaves are not out while processing .
This reduces the oxidation and the final
product contains more ant oxides.
It is also called health drink.

DUST TEA
• This is low quality fine grained black tea
traditionally, these were treated as the
remaining of the manufacturing process in
making high equality leaf tea but it also widely
available in market as this is used for house
hold tea making
• These are available in different flavors'
aromatized teas

JASMINE
• Ching tea mixed with
scanted jasmine flavors
is best drunk with slices
of lemon
