Multiple linear hyperechogenic foci with shadowing caused by gas are seen within a
distended endometrial canal in a febrile postpartum patient.

26. Transabdominal image to right of mass shows tortuous tubular structures, which showed no
flow on Doppler, suggesting a twisted ovarian pedicle.
