Moving to moodle 2 gregynog 2012
Glyndŵr University is upgrading their Moodle learning management system from version 1.9 to 2.2 and integrating it with their student information system (SITS) data. This will allow course sites to be automatically created based on student enrollment and improve tools like Turnitin integration. The upgrade is happening to support newer features, keep the system supported, and better meet student and staff needs. Communicating the changes, training staff, and addressing issues during the transition are priorities to help students and instructors. Lessons from the process emphasize the importance of communication, leadership support, and working closely with partners.

The DIAL project is a two-year, partially JISC-funded initiative at University of the Arts London to develop digital literacies. It has a £100k budget and started in November 2011, with completion scheduled for July 2013. The project aims to embed digital networks and skills institutionally, improve staff and student development, and enhance graduate employability. It takes a broad view of "digital literacy" and will engage stakeholders across UAL through online communities, events, and case studies. The ultimate goal is to develop a long-term digital strategy and sustainable practices for the university.

Crossing the divide

There are 4 phases of wound healing: hemostasis, inflammation, proliferation, and remodeling. This document also describes the mechanism of wound healing. Factors that affect healing include infection, uncontrolled diabetes, poor nutrition, age, anemia, the presence of foreign bodies, etc.

There is no need to make each file manually. This slide will show how to create a module using the scaffold method.
How to Make a Field Mandatory in Odoo 17
In Odoo, making a field required can be done through both Python code and XML views. When you set the required attribute to True in Python code, it makes the field required across all views where it's used. Conversely, when you set the required attribute in XML views, it makes the field required only in the context of that particular view.
