Duties & Responsibilities
 Coordinating with Top management for the outdoor requirements.
 Responsible for all Trade and Consumer promotion activity, key trade
marketing / sales promotion programs and BTL media planning.
 Search for new vendors for various outdoor activities like Wall Painting, Auto,
Bus, Hoardings etc.
 Getting quotations from the vendor and will have negotiation of rates.
 Comparisons of all the quotation which are received form various vendors.
 Coordinating and follow up with all outdoor vendors for the BTL activities to be
done and reporting the same to management.
 Follow up of VMs – North, South and East and coordinating with them for
various media requirement.
 Reporting to Management regarding the working status of all the VMs Daily and
Weekly.
 Will prepare plan for the In-shop Branding activity in all the regions as per the
Recce forms given by the Sales Coordinators.
 Verify the bills submitted by the vendors against completed activity and replying
to vendor in case of any discrepancies.
 Forwarding the vendor bills after getting confirmation towards the discrepancies
from the vendors.
 Follow up with accounts for the payment status of vendors.
 Follow up with accounts for the PO and send the same to vendors along with
supportive documents or details like sending In-shop branding design and
design for Auto Branding, Design for Wall Painting etc.
 Coordinating in the allocation of POP materials to distributors.
 Coordinating with management for the outdoor activities.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Marketing campaigns and database management
 Identify companies within different target markets as agreed with the Marketing
Manager and perform market research as required
 Co-ordinate weekly direct mail initiatives (planning, mail merge and individual

 Work closely with our Telemarketer to schedule calls, confirm report back on
quotations made and outcomes

 Prepare materials for planning meetings, take minutes as required

3. Inventory Management
 Monitor stock levels and in conjunction with the Marketing Manager, liase with
the various Secretaries to order stock and manage any amendments

distribution of materials between offices and storage at Darlington
 Contribute ideas for new campaigns and supporting literature
 Prepare literature packs as required, primarily for prospect meetings and
distribution at events
