Summary
I have worked on Organisational Learning and Development initiatives for the past 5 years in my current role in
a Business Unit of State Bank of India, where my key responsibilities were organising and conducting product

2. Responsible for handling Learning and Development Initiatives for employees in a Business Unit along with
formulating strategies for expansion of portfolio through Product Management/Training and Interactive
workshops/Awareness Generation Programs/Drives & Special campaigns and maintaining long term
relationships with media and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibility Areas –
Learning and Development function
Independent Handling as nodal Officer of a Pan India Training Initiative of the Bank named ‘RSETI’ to
manage and assess client-employee relations
Responsibility to conduct needs analysis of employees
Preparing Training Strategy document in consultation with Senior Managers
Responsiblility of need analysis, designing, development, implementation and measure the
effectiveness of state-of-art learning and development, product training and coaching programs.
Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for executing new and different requests,
exploring opportunities to add value to; Skills, Qualifications, Performance Management, Management
Proficiency, Coordination, Coaching and Developing Standards

Job Role - Project Coordinator
Key Responsibility Areas –Overall Incharge for implementing an internationally funded project on integrated
development for ‘Women in prostitution’ operating in West Bengal though organisation of interactive
workshops,awareness drives and extensive training to achieve results.
