Start working to grow a new project named REVE Chat (Sales and customer service tool) for making vendor team,
customer service representatives, and global product consultants.
Assist my Boss as a secretarial assistant, Assist to build a unique call center team on digital platform.
Monitor sales CRM to offer suited plan to the target customers and keep asking existing customers feedback about
products and service to report the concern team.
Give product presentation for local clients, attain on online demo session and provide operational training to the paid
customers also.
Make prospective client list, Client correspondence over Phone, maintain live Chat service and prepare training material.
New agent training and reporting about client’s motives and their demand from the survey of customer’s involvement
