EPIDEMOLOGICAL TRIADS • Agent : Variola Virus • Host :Human • Incubation :7 –19 days PERIOD OF COMMUNICABILITY Subsequent development of a Maculopapular rash starting on the face and forearms then spreading to the trunk and legs and evolving with in 48 hrs to to deep seated from or hard and Round well –circumscribed vesicles and pustules which may become umbilcated or confluent.
