An Accurate Roster Of Who Is Still At The School 

How can you let the tracker know
that a student was
“Not Enrolled This Round”
so that his blank responses won’t
count as zeros?

• A student was NETR (not enrolled this round)
- suppose your first assessment was in October, but
a student joined your class on November 1
- if you add his name to your roster, the tracker
counts his blank score for Assessment #1 as 0%
- using “NETR” can fix that problem
• A student was expected to complete some (but
not all) assessment items on a given test
- there may be special cases when a student is
expected to complete a portion of the assessment
Appropriate Scenarios For Using “NETR”

• Students are absent and miss the test
- if students are absent, they should simply make
up the assessment when they return
- you should NOT use “NETR” for this scenario
• Students ran out of time on an assessment
- make sure you provide students with sufficient
time to complete the assessment
- you should NOT use “NETR” for this scenario

All rights reserved. 17 • A student was NETR (not enrolled this round) - suppose your first assessment was in October, but a student joined your class on November 1 - if you add his name to your roster, the tracker counts his blank score for Assessment #1 as 0% - using “NETR” can fix that problem • A student was expected to complete some (but not all) assessment items on a given test - there may be special cases when a student is expected to complete a portion of the assessment Appropriate Scenarios For Using “NETR”
