• Vigilance on Monthly Salary Release / Hold in co-ordination with Business Head/s.
• Contribute to the business by driving various HR Strategy building initiatives and

• Ensure timely feedback & forward mechanism in raising and addressing
concerns /suggestions.
• Ensuring smooth Full & Final / Exit Interviews procedure and property handover.
• Resolving field sales grievances in co-ordination with business SBU head and IR.
• Execute necessary formalities to issue Warning Letters, Show-Cause Notice,
Termination Letter, Transfer Letter, etc. as disciplinary actions.
