• Analyzing financial statements audited/unaudited or FDIC Call Reports which are
received from the correspondents of the properties mortgaged, Analyzing the
performance of the mortgaged property and also preparing the Operating Statement
Analysis Reports (OSAR) with Comments.
• The financial analysis consists of determining Tangible and Intangible Net worth and
various ratios like: Profitability Ratios, Liquidity Ratios, Leverage Ratios and
Efficiency Ratios.
• Make necessary adjustments to Real Estate Taxes, Property Insurance and
Management Fees by doing research which is critical to the OSAR per CREFC
(Commercial Real Estate Finance Council) guidelines.
• Doing the variance analysis by comparing the current analysis with prior period’s
analysis and finding out the variances.
• Contacting U.S. commercial borrowers for any queries with respect to OSAR
variances.
• Conduct exhaustive market research across databases such as Marcus Millichap, etc.
and presenting outputs in OSAR report.
• Writing the notes and mentioning the Strengths, Weaknesses and Threats (SWOT
analysis).
• Work with Gurgaon team in planning and execution of work flow; Provide guidance
& coaching to them; direct reporting to and participation in work flow with LOB.
