Deputy Manager HR & Administration
To provide HR & Administrative Support for Head Office and Sites. Responsible for providing a
comprehensive HR service encompassing, Manpower, Recruitment, Staffing, Orientation,
Training, Remuneration, Employee Relations, General Administration. To develop & maintain
HR strategy, Policy, Procedures and their implementation. Started HR Department from scratch,
developed & implemented HR, admin Systems, Policies & procedures.
Major Responsibilities:
• To Develop & Implement HR & Admin Policies & Procedures, Personnel cost planning.
• Managing HR & admin. services related matters of Head Office with Site Projects about
400 to 500 employees/ workers.
• Developing & ensuring Pay-scale and Grading structure in the line with company in the
similar industry.
• Implementation of the Performance management system and facilitate on annual
performance appraisals and salary review exercise.
• Responsible for execution of Time Management System, Payroll and Overtime, General,
Group Life and Health insurance.
• Liaising with all head of departments regarding personnel matters, including
performance, absence or disciplinary issues. Ensuring full and accurate written records
are kept at all times.
• Ensuring company administration process are adhere to best practices, compliances and
standard are met, by quality checking the team`s activity and monitoring the use of
registers and reports.
• Responsible & Deal for Industrial Relations i.e. EOBI, SESSI, Education CESS and Labor
department with all government departments and legal issues as and when required for
Employee/ Labor relations.
• To deal with Special branch Foreign Cell, Home Deptt. (PDPC), Ministry of Port &
Shipping, Dock Naval Intelligence, Port Qasim authority & Karachi port trust for make
port passes of foreign consultants/ visitors.
• To make & ensure foreign visitor Business Visa arrangement and deal with KCCI & FIA
Immigration and hotels regarding permission and reservations.
