• To prepare monthly statutory statements and submit in time to accounts.
Performance Appraisal:
• Making written documents for goals & objective setting.
• Conducting half year & annual appraisal.
• Analyzing data and making reports of appraisal.
• Counseling the employees on poor performance.
• Making arrangements of trainings to improve performance.
Employee Welfare:
• Carrying various kinds of welfare activities to boost the morale of
employees.
• Organizing various events like staff party, birthday celebration,
and reward & recognition programs for employees benefit.
Employee Relations:
• Solving grievances related to wages, increment and other day-to-
day labor problems.
• Knowledge of issuing warning letters, making domestic enquiries
and taking disciplinary action.
• Analysis of suggestions found in the suggestion box and acting
upon them accordingly
NABH:
• Maintaining all employees personal files HR documents as per
NABH standards.
Payroll Processing:
• Payroll processing with the usage of Oracle based Hospital
Management System for 1000 employees.
• Preparation of MIS & Reconciliation reports.
Preparing PF & ESI Statements.
Employee Separation:
• Doing every possible effort to make the separation smoother.
• Making the full & final settlement of the separated employee.
• Analysis of the reasons of separation by doing exit interviews and
other measures.
• Maintaining necessary records & take charge of all company
assets.
Correspondence Management:
• Writing all type of letters related to matters like offer,
appointment, confirmation, increment, promotion, transfer,
relieving and experience.
• Replying to all internal customers & govt. office correspondences.
Training & Development:
• Identification of training needs and making skill matrix & gap
analysis.
• Maintaining proper arrangement for internal & external training
programs.
• Coordinating with trainers for carrying out necessary training
programs to improve or enhance the skills of employees.
• Taking feedback from employees to analyze the effectiveness of
training program.
• Providing basic training on issues Time Management, and Safety
Issues.
HR Key Activities:
 Recruitment process like manpower requirement from HOD, Segregation of applications,
screening in Selection process, interviews arrangement like conduction written test, arrange the
Department HOD & Directors interviews.
 Prepare / Update Monthly Manpower Report
 Joining formalities for the newly joined candidates.
 Coordinate the scheduling of orientation for new joinings.
 New joining employee details enter in to Payroll and resigned employee details deletion from
HRMS System.
 Prepare Employees attendance details for every month and run the payroll.
 Coordinating with all departments.
 Arranging for performance appraisal of all employees in the organization in coordination with the
respective departmental Heads.
 Prepare the Increment, Promotion Report and Promotion letters as per the Management order.
 Preparation of Appointment letters, Experience Letter, Relieving Letter, Increment Letter, and
Salary Certificate.
 Over Time Report Verification
 Day to Day Late Coming Report and Out Going Report verification and List sent to Department
